“Was here a few weeks ago and got a used tire from them installed and out the door for $45 bucks, but was super impressed with their great customer service. Went back today looking for another used tire and they didn't have one immediately available but they said they would call back if they found one, they called back within a few hours and said they found one but it had a patch (which is a no go for me), but really appreciated their work ethic and honesty! Would Highly recommend this local shop for your new or used tire needs, you'll be very satisfied ?”

“I had a blow out coming into Calexico from Yuma. I was stranded with 2 kids and my Mom. I called right at closing on a Friday night. Lalo answered, asked where we were, postponed his plans and came straight to us. He had us back on the road within 30 mins and we still were able to make it to where we were going! He saved us for sure, I don't know what we would've done without him. We had called 4 tire shops, none of them had my tire, but he did! Thank you CLX and Lalo!”

“The prices on tires are good. They are lower than in other places, the brands are not the best but for the price they were expected. The bad thing is that to ask tire prices the owner is always on the phone or talking to "customers or friends" and takes a long time to give you the quote. If you want affordable prices you have to put up with...”

“Through a series of unfortunate events my sister ended up stranded on the Mexacali side of the border with a blown engine and a dying cell phone. She was just able to call me. Although MTZ could not assist her directly they put me in touch with a company that found her and was able to tow her stateside. MTZ was amazingly concerned and helpful. Not that anyone ever wants to find a tow company but if you ever need one, I strongly recommend MTZ. I can only imagine the care they would have taken had we been paying customers!”

“Good evening everyone I’m excited to say that I am very impressed with a United Toyota especialy the gentleman Thomas Gunn, who worked hard to get me what my extended warranty was to cover. I went one day to get an oil change and something else done and just had a conversation I had said one day I hope I can get a whole paint job then he started taking a ton of pictures more than what is normal for leaving your car there, he “kept saying just wait it’s your lucky day”, so come to find out my Toyota, which was bought used in May it was a 2016 Toyota RAV4. It did have some damage which wasn’t covered in the extended warranty but due to my car’s paint wearing and chipping extended warranty covered a whole new paint job and he managed to get my bumper. Replaced for free. Plus I got a new stereo because that was under the extended warranty because I kept having problems with it. I’m happy to say that my car is totally new on the outside and it’s a nice car in the inside overall, I am very pleased with my vehicle. Thank you united Toyota, and especially a thank you to Thomas Gunn. FYI, I did not have to spend a penny but the overall work that has been done through my extended warrantly like the suspensions and other other work, I think maybe he said it was about a $20,000 job total.. it pays to have extended warranty. I’ve always said no to extended warranty but you know what it’s worth it. My car payment wouldn’t be much less if I hadn’t had the extended warranty.”
“Good service. We left our car with them for a week after experiencing trouble on our way to San Diego. They took great care of it and had it ready for us when we returned. Although the repair cost was steep, it probably wasn't their fault - just the reality of car expenses.”
