“Updated review- Finally I got a call back from the supervisor at this post office, Beinice. She pretty much told me that my claims were false, and that I shouldn't be making these accusations. Losing packages are never fun but being called as a liar is worse. I was furious. I knew for sure she was hiding something, that or the USPS finally decided to investigate the matter. The next day I had to go and pick up my package at the post office, which I didn't mind because that is still better than my packages being lost. I have been to this post office several times and all those times, a gentleman named mike helped me. Each and every time mike patiently helped me and the process was never a hassle. That is what a post office employee should be. Today my package was delivered to my door, instead of being left in the mailbox. The mailman was pretty nice and professional, no complaints there. I filed a official complaint against the rude, unprofessional employee beinice. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or telling people off over the phone is her thing, but I really hope that gets corrected.”
“The new building is nice. I kinda liked the old timey post boxes and looks of their Old building because it was like traveling back in time when the town was barely built, like cowboy town post style, but it was very small. This building is a bit bigger and more modern. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.”
