This is a great winery ... the old estate zin is truly superb. Renowned for Petit Syrah. Lovely patio overlooking vines, and awesome barrel tasting experience.

We recently dined at Spirit Bar and had hoped to start with a glass of Zichichi Zin. Sadly it wasn't on the menu and sadly we drank through our last case at home. But as fate would have it, Steve Zichichi called the very next day asking if we needed wine. Why yes, yes we did! Earlier this year we purchased two versions of the 2018 Zins. This time we bought a few bottles each of the 2019 Estate Zin and of the 2019 Estate Zin North Block. Both are smooth and delicious. The Zichichis know their Zin! And, Steve himself delivered them directly to us! We still need to get to the winery. Now would be a perfect t time to enjoy the beautiful vineyards in their colorful autumn glory. If you like Zins I hope you get there soon too!

A simple winery in a remote place. Although it is small in size, the friendly hospitality of the staff makes you feel good, and the taste of the wine makes you even happier. I think I was very lucky to have found such a good winery among so many wineries.

One of our favorite wineries we visited when we were there in April. We had a great experience tasting there. My wife and I spent 45 minutes in the barrel room with the wine maker talking about wine and the local area. I went in not knowing a lot about wines but felt more confident after leaving there. I understood the whole process of growing grapes to making wine and how the weather affects/stresses the grapes. I personally loved it and bought a few future bottles (more like 8) plus some to go. I can't wait until those bottles arrive next year. If you go to Dry Creek be sure to stop in here and do a barrel tasting.

Friendly staff and great zinfandel! You can purchase futures or the bottle option! Very cool! Barrel tasting of futures and a sweet deck to chill out on too!

Wines are all right. However, I'm surprised that is legal to pay for the future releases. They can charge you now and deliver the wines a year later.
