I got really tired of being ripped off with repairs I didn't need and I am so happy to have a mechanic I can trust! Really appreciate those guys!”

“I love the "old school" style of this dealership. When I call, someone actually picks up the phone. This is something I have grown to really appreciate. No obnoxious music filled with static, no list of options to choose from, no being on hold forever with a recording saying "your call is important to us" LOL. It's just a nice person who helps me out. So many businesses have grown so impersonal that it's refreshing to get decent help quickly.
In addition, there's no sense in the back of my mind of being up-charged with every transaction like I've experienced elsewhere. When a concern was discovered, they gave me options to work with, and I appreciated that we worked together to find a solution I could be happy with.
