I wrote a review on 2/1123 regarding them never answering their phones, but I was WRONG! I was dialing the wrong number. Sorry about that comment. I did find out that they weren't going to reimbuse me the difference between the 1st and 2nd day delivery. They said that the information regarding that was in the fine print?
