Can't͏ say enough good things!Grace and her team are the best we have ever worked with in real estate. We worked with Grace and her team after feeling very disappointed with our experience working with Redfin for several months. We knew our property had its challenges as a 650sq ft, 1bedroom & 1bath cottage, and that being on the market during the Kincade Fire was not an optimum time to sell a home. Despite all of this, Grace hustled! We experienced fast follow through on possible leads that Grace identified, ads being generated for our home, and Grace hosting multiple open houses. Above all, what we greatly appreciated about Grace, is that she definitely had our back: gave us the reality check we needed, but kept on keeping on with making sure that we'd find a buyer. Once we found our buyer, we had an extremely smooth closing and all our answers were answered immediately.

Look, I am a physician, in medical device research, I don't have time to write these reviews. Neither do I have the temperament for dealing with someone that's not going to help me in an area way out of my bandwidth (selling my estate). I don't know real estate, I do however know professionalism, ethics, and people that care about the big picture. Grace and her team are exactly that. They are top notch professionals, with there ears close to the tracks in tune to the needs of a seller and prospective buyers. They responded to me right away, handled my calls, got the job done and did a lot of amazing work in the back round that I did not have to even think of. Grace is straight forward, honest and to the point and gets the job done! I have read the other post on Grace, looks like Abe and Anthony are in need of a therapist than a real estate person. Or possibly should be writing a review on Match.com. I recommend Grace and her team and will use her now and in the future.

Just really don't like her as a real estate agent. I don't know her personally. Her house is still on the market after months tho so maybe overpriced.

By far the worst Real Estate team I have ever dealt with! If you see this name on a listing, turn and run away FAST!!!!!!!! It took my agent FOUR phone calls just to get a return call from these UNPROFESSIONALS!!! And when they received my offer, which was very competitive, they wanted to play games!!! I am a NO NONSENSE guy. This team likes to play lots of games! I guess that explains why their listings are up for 40+ days!
