I can't say enough good things about Sylvia. When our landlord gave us 60 days to find a new place, we wasted 30 of them looking at rentals. We realized we needed to buy with little time to do it. Sylvia drove us all over Santa Rosa and Windsor; we looked at over 30 homes. When our first full-price offer was refused (they were hoping for a bidding war), Sylvia was quick to make another offer for us on a different home among the top contenders. All I can say is she made it happen! We closed and moved in by the deadline. Sadly, we lost our home in the fire, but Sylvia was the realtor we consulted as we made plans to rebuild a bigger and nicer home on our lot. Sylvia is so good at what she does. We trust her advice and we will trust her with our listing if and when we decide to sell. I recommend her with enthusiasm.

As a first time homebuyer, my husband and I were clueless about the process. Late one night, I was casually browsing houses on Zillow and requested more info on a listing. Within 5 mins, I had a message from Sylvia in my inbox. I knew right then and there that she would be my realtor. Shortly thereafter, we were grabbing lunch and she was walking me through the process, answering all of my questions. As soon as we were pre-approved, I called Sylvia and asked her to start the hunt! She got us signed up with an app, where she could share listings with us quickly. We had a modest budget and for the specific area we wanted, we knew we would probably be waiting for a while. (This is where you cue the victory trumpets) Then one afternoon, I got a call from Sylvia with a hopeful listing that wasn't even on the market yet. She took us to go view it and it was PERFECT! Perfect location (check), within our budget (check), move-in-ready (check), yard for the dog (check). She negotiated an unbelievable deal for us and made the process so painless and easy! We're coming up on our 2-year anniversary with our home, without an ounce of buyer's remorse. I keep an eye on the listings in our town and I have yet to see a better deal than what Sylvia was able to get us. We're so grateful for her, her expertise, knowledge, dedication, kindness and patience. She's a go-getter, she never sleeps, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a home.
