All the usual used-car salesman B.S., and at Sonoma County prices!Cars are ridiculous expensive any more, but Silviera was an unpleasant experience to shop...Just pay the listed price, because no discount will be forthcoming, since you are in Healdsburg...Wine Country conservatism, Republican disdain for hipsters and people that don't look like them, and a general bad attitude towards the public...Not a good look, not a great business model, and a cramped little car-lot with nowhere for the customers to even park their crappy old cars...A nasty experience, poor salespeople and probably an expensive place to buy a pickup, but then you're not from here, are you...Dress up, because they are too good to work with YOU!Good luck guys, I won't be back.

Purchased a used 2016 GMC Yukon SLT (black) in 2018. I was told the dealership purchased several vehicles from a rental company in LA. The vehicle was solid except for the paint years later. 4 years after purchase the hood is completely faded (zero shine) and the front and rear bumper are peeling. I called Silveira a few months ago and was told they won't do anything because it's been over 3 years. I took it to a local shop and was told the hood and the bumpers were poorly re-painted recently due an accident. I was not informed by Silveira that the vehicle was involved in any accidents prior to purchase. Attached are photos and it's obvious the vehicle has paint issues. Just relaying this information to potential buyers to be aware of this dealerships customer services.

Really wanted to give this Business negative stars but the app won't let me ! AVOID this dealership at ALL cost! We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and it continues to be an ongoing nightmare!!! The vehicle we bought had major issues with the brakes and a torn boot. 45 minutes into the drive home from the purchase, the warning light came on which was shocking and distressing. In addition a 2+ hour drive home in torrenting rain and one of the worst storms in years! It was tenuous at best as the lights indicated brake issues!! Fast forward and this supposed family run business refuses to acknowledge or accept responsibility for the issues with the vehicle. My home dealership validated brake pads that were below acceptable standards and a torn CV boot. All issues which were present before we purchased the vehicle. These people knew the condition of the vehicle and still marketed it as a car that had passed inspection!! Not only is this illegal but immoral to send anyone out in a vehicle that you are well aware has brake issues!!! Your denial of responsibility speaks to your complete lack of integrity and character.The irony is the fact that you were in business for 60 plus years is what drew us your business. DON'T be fooled, they have zero credibility and won't be in business much longer!!!!!BUYER BEWARE! Reported them to the BBB!!

My sales person Paris was amazing. Not only did she get me in to a car that i was very very interested in and jerry in finance was very very good we got in at 9 am and was out in less then 3 hours including signing all of the paperwork for my trade in.

How dealership used to be and should be. That is the the sentence I would use to describe this dealership. I inquired about a 22 Canyon AT4 online late Saturday night. I recieved a response from Kelly Hendershot Sunday morning and I picked up my truck Monday. Not only did they have the truck I was looking for on the lot but NO mark-up. In the current market I didn't expect to haggle on the price. No mark-up was enough for me. But that's not the reason for the 5 stars. When I arrived at the dealership Kelly greeted me at the door. He was welcoming and pleasant. Not like talking to a sales rep at all. More like talking to your neighbor. He showed me the truck and sent me on a quick test drive before sitting down to finish the paperwork. The process was fluid, didn't feel like I was just sitting around waiting on them. Kelli in financing was also wonderful. She didn't do the typical pushy sales pitch to push on additional add-on to the purchase of my truck. Overall, the experience reminded me of when I purchased my first vehicle. A very pleasant memory. More recently, everytime I've been to other dealerships, I had to search for a sales rep because although they see you, noone bothers to even get up from the desk or look up from their cell phones forcing you to actually ask for a sales rep and usually the one you ask is the rep that ends up showing you the vehicle. Then you end up waiting around while the rep goes in search of the vehicle and the keys for you to take a look at. Then wait some more while they take pictures or copies of your license, etc... I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Me, the customer waiting on them to get their act together. But here, they run at my pace. I really appreciate that. It was well worth the 80 mile drive to visit this dealership and to deal with Kelly. Definitely ask for Kelly Hendershot when looking for your next purchase at this dealership.

Went in to upgrade to a bigger vehicle in October 2021. Found a vehicle that both me and my wife liked. Within 2 months after purchasing the vehicle (2017 Yukon) the torque converter failed and my transmission seized up on a holiday trip to see family. Got stranded in another state. I was "advised" heavily to purchase the extended warranty. I felt the entire transaction was a scam to begin with. I feel as if the car wasn't even inspected when the previous owner traded it in. Buyer beware now I'm stuck with an upside loan for a car that I don't think is going to make it past this year without more major repairs that I am now stuck with. Lemon all the way

Jason Fincher in the parts department was amazing to work with! I went to four automotive stores and another dealership looking for a specific part to fix my wife's car. Nobody could help me or even identify the correct part. Jason took less than two minutes to identify the part. When he realized they didnt have it in stock, he found another location closer to my home that did have it in stock. Jason is a customer service superstar!

Would definitely NOT recommend the autobody shop. I bought my car from Silveira months before someone side swiped my parked car, therefore, I brought it to get repaired. Not only did it take two weeks to fix(the damage wasn't bad) but they gave me my car back with my headlights out and my door button to unlock with my key fob not working. The man working in the office tried to tell me I probably brought it in with the lights not working. I just bought the car from them months before and I drove that night before I dropped it off with everything working. He also told me I probably use it with my high beams, so I had to tell him I knew when high beam lights are on. So back to the shop for them to fix what they messed up, turns out he didn't want to fix my original lights because they're "blue lights" and they're illegal, but I BOUGHT THE CAR WITH THESE LIGHTS at the dealership!!! He replaced them with regular lights without my consent. He made it seem like it was my problem and Tried to make it out like I was lying, but really They were being untruthful. I took it for a scratch repair and got my New car back with problems that I never had!!!! The lights I bought with my car were more expensive and I bought it when they sold me my car. RUN as for as you can from this auto body shop.

Last year I was on my way to Santa Rosa to purchase a used truck and just happened to Google dealerships on the way and stopped by. Bill was my introduction to the Silveria team and he was a big reason why after a couple of visits to dealerships in SR I returned. Through the whole process he was outstanding! I believe I also worked with Ron at the end of the deal and he added to the experience in positive way. Both told me how the Silveira family are about doing the right thing and taking care of customers, but I did not know how true this was until recently. I had taken my truck to a dealership where I live for a repair. They told me I would have to pay sixteen hundred dollars out of my pocket. I contacted warrantee company directly myself and same results of a denied claim. I then reached out to Silveira and got in touch with Donatella. Not only did she deliver with getting warrantee company to agree to cover repairs she contacted me even when she did not have all the answers just to let me know she was working on it... OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Silveira was already my top choice for my next vehicle, now they are the only choice.

I am posting this review, after a very long search and dealing with other dealerships, I was able to find the truck I absolutely wanted, I made a phone call and spoke with a sales rep name Conner, I lived over 2 1/2 hours away so Conner and I got everything handled over the phone and it was literally just a matter of doing a test drive and signing papers. Other dealerships during this truck shortage, we're all trying to push me into a vehicle I did not want, when I found the truck I was looking for online. Conner did all the foot work give me all the information needed, and it was seamless from there on. The 2 1/2 hour drive was well worth the experience. I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend you speak to Conner. The finance department was amazing as well. I'm a very happy customer

Call AL SEIBOLD!!! We looked all over California and surrounding states for a GMC Yukon At4. Dealerships either marked up 15,000 over MSRP or said they didn't have any on the lot. I'm so happy we called, AL SEIBOLD at Silveira GMC. He had the Yukon we wanted on the lot, and it wasn't marked up. Al was helpful and patient with us. (I called 20x's and had a toddler with me) and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Donatella the finance lady, was very sweet and patient with us and our daughter. I would like to take a moment to thank Gary Melton at the Healdsburg GMC Dealership. He was amazing and very helpful. We had been looking to buy a Denali for a long time and we couldn't get it anywhere but Gary made this process very easy and smooth for us.
