My name is Eileen Jimenez and I’m writing this review because I’m tired of getting treated so horribly by this pharmacy.. I have been a Clint of rite aid pharmacy for more then 20 year.. as of 2 years ago I have been dealing with some serious health issues and a few times have needed a certain medication a few days earlier because of the health issue I have going on.. recently the pharmacist a woman was telling my daughter that I need to find a new pharmacy I understand pharmacy have laws and regulations they have to follow but for them to just down right treat you like a drug seeker is not ok at all.. I have a full binder with all my proofs and receipts and records iam more then welcome to bring them to the pharmacist to look at.. I will be contacting corporate because there is a lot more to this I was also judged because I was pregnant and on a certain medication even though by the fda and doctors it’s safer to stay on! and I will be posting reviews about this.. our doctors know what they are doing if someone was being a drug seeker they would be cut off their medication immediately.. to judge people just because a certain medication should not be ok and the pharmacist should be talked to about that this world is so ugly already can we please have a little compassion before going straight to judgment..

They had what I needed. But what I didnt need was the lazy excuse of a cashier. She sat at the register. First red flag. Too lazy to stand. I walk up n set my things down and say hello. No response. I say hello again. No response. I say it a 3rd time louder and she says, "oh hi. Youre the last person on my mind." Wtf? Then starts ringing me up and when it came time to pay SHE decided that I didnt want to enter my number to get 5 bucks off my total.....so I made her re do it so I could get my discount. When its all done and over with I say thank you and bye and guess what???? No response! If youre gonna work customer service, learn some danm customer service. It was suprising that a 60 year old lady would have such lack of manners. Just like millions of other lazy people, shes just there for a pay check. Hire better people and for gods sake, fix the freezer and bring back the ice cream cones!

The service was great. Young lady saw I was looking for something and she assisted me with it. The restrooms were clean along with the rest of store. The cashier was personable and helpful as well.

if you are in Healdsburg come to Rite Aid for what you need for a weekend or for the daytime visit, and if you are lucky to live in Healdsburg then you more then likely know what a wonderful drug store it is!
