A genuine and friendly staff! Prices are extremely reasonable. I have even come in for quick fixes that the staff did not charge me for. I know my Acura is always in good hands with Redwood Auto Body.

Had a no body's fault bumper oopsie. Just wanted to get things patched up a bit. Most places just offer bumper replacements for absurd money. Made an appointment knowing full well that I would be at least on the hook for an hour or two of labor. Joe's mechanic popped things back in place in jig time. No charge. Old school stuff. He now has a customer for life.

Excellent service! I have had 3 separate repairs at Redwood in the last year. One was a major repair and it turned out great! Two were minor--I was just interested in the cars looking a bit better and they looked better than better. I highly recommend them: honest, responsive and they try to work with the customer and are not pushy. Highly recommended!

After a recent car accident, I turned to Redwood Autobody for repairs to my vehicle. From the moment I contacted them, their service was exceptional. They were kind, understanding, and communicated with me every step of the way. I was impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was returned to me in excellent condition. The communication after the accident was especially helpful, as they kept me informed of the status of my repairs and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Redwood Autobody and will definitely use their services again if I need any repairs in the future.

Amazingly nice staff - we were visiting Healdsburg for the day and hit a pothole unexpectedly unfortunately which broke the rocker molding of my Volvo. They kindly removed the broken part, salvaged the pieces they could for me to take and sent us on our way home safely! Thank you for your kindness and help this afternoon. So very appreciated.

I just got my car back today and feel like I just purchased a brand new one…THANK YOU Joe at Redwood Auto body for listening to my car concerns and doing an amazing job on my ol CRV!He was very honest on what my options were (I had to pay out of pocket) and didn’t go over my budget. My car was fixed timely (actually way sooner than I thought it would take) and I am a truly happy customer.I hope to god I don’t need any more work on my car, but if so, I’ll be coming back to Redwood Auto Body.Thanks again

Excellent! After the misfortune of a munched car, these guys brightened my day. Joe and his team are craftsmen. They restored my car to prime condition, handled communication with insurance (they're a AAA shop) and when I came back later to ask about a couple things that didn't seem quite right (no fault of theirs) they took care of it. If you appreciate professional integrity, choose Redwood Auto Body.

I wanted to show my appreciation to Redwood auto body, I was working as a Lemo driver in Healdsburg and I noticed my right side headlight was out in the Cadillac Escalade I was driving. So while my clients were tasting wine I called Redwood Auto body and they said it would take 15 minutes for the part to be delivered and a half an hour to install. Amazing they were able to get the part and install it in about 45 minutes, Excellent!! .
