Stopped in today to purchase a new iPhone and start service. I was helped by Chris, and the experience was smooth and easy. Very helpful associate, knowledgeable and polite.

Ditto to every bad review on here. I can't believe it's a real store. It was almost surreal in the hostility I was met with. I just needed a SIM card. She didn't know what I was talking about. I saw where this was going in a couple minutes and left. Very Twilight Zone experience.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They sold my friend a broken phone and told them to take it home to finish activation. When it didn't work and we went back to the store the staff were incredibly rude and refused to do anything to fix the situation. The staff told us the manager wasn't available, they didn't know where they were. We had to get the police involved and they told us on the side to go to the Santa Rosa store. We went to the Santa Rosa store, they were professional, helpful and they ordered us a replacement phone without any issues.

Don't waste you're time I came to transfer from T-Mobile and get a wifi hotspot the lady working there was very rude and said she couldn't help me and gave me Metros customer service number and told me to go outside in the 100F heat to call them. No one else was in the store! The customer service person told me he wanted to talk to the lady at metro to fix the issue and she wouldn't talk to him and yelled at me to leave. She didn't want to help at all so I asked for her managers number and she wouldn't give it to me and said she would call the police if I didn't leave! They shouldn't have people like this working here! Metro piece of shit

This Healdsburg Metro PCS store should be closed. After 3 horrible experiences at this store, we make the extra trip all the way to Santa Rosa to avoid this store.
