I had the best experience ever with a car dealership at Healdsburg Chevrolet. I was looking at used trucks through CarGurus and I came across a 2020 Honda Ridgeline that interested me. To make a long story short with the help of Keith and Rocky they made my purchase easy. I have poor credit & Keith was able to get a reasonable interest rate to help me rebuild my credit. I had lots of questions & he did not hesitate to answer them all. I highly recommend this dealership for a real human relationship!

Great deal on my new Equinox EV. Super friendly sales people. I had to wait a few days for Pedro to find the color my wife wanted. My wife loves how quick and quiet it is. She’s never driven a EV and was a little scared of it but she is fine now and enjoying all the safety features it has.

Update on Major Oil Leak That Healdsburg Chevrolet Did Not Tell Me About on March 21: Healdsburg Chevrolet would not repair a major oil leak under warranty.
On March 25, in addition to the engine oil pan leakage, Cloverdale Automotive & Tires diagnosed that both the valve cover gasket and water pump were leaking as well and needed to be replaced. On top of these three issues, the passenger front window regulator was broken.
On April 12, a day after I posted my review on Google, the new owner Ali (Alex) Karegaran called me and he was to refund the oil change. However, when I met him in person, I found out that the check was written to the old address. So I did not take it, asked to update my address, and refund my credit card instead. They still could not find my Car Doc extended warranty contract I bought at McConnell on October 4, 2019, and their office manager Myra Gomes suggested that I call General Motors via email. I asked him to contact the previous owner (McConnell) to obtain my warranty contract.
On April 15, they informed me that they found the contract, and all repairs are covered. My Car Doc premium coverage was good for any mechanical breakdown with no deductible. Because the major oil leak should have been covered, I asked Ali for the reimbursement for the engine oil pan work done elsewhere. It was denied and he suggested that I contact Car Doc directly. Parts delivery was delayed again; and I picked up my vehicle a week later on Friday, April 19.
John said that the valve cover gasket was not leaking and, therefore, did not replace it. He told me to bring my vehicle back for the repair if it starts leaking again. If it does, I hope it will still be under warranty.

I gotta show some love for the teams at Healdsburg Chevy for the car detailing and oil change. The car looks showroom quality, 100%. Would definitely recommend. They erased a years worth of stains that my toddler made. Like driving a new car. 10/10.

Service was great! I order 4 tires for my 2016 Mazda CX-5, they came in on time. Once I showed up, they got my car in and got it do with in the time they said, 11:30 am.

If you’re looking for a car online I wouldn’t Check with these guys. They have literally called me 15 times and I have told them every time take my name off the list I’m no longer in the market and then I get yet another phone call. When I told them to stop calling me and take my name off the list the gentleman calling Was extremely rude when I told him to take my name off her list. I told him if they didn’t stop calling me I was going to give them a one star review and then he hung up on me so here’s your one star review
