Mark took an electrical nightmare and a possible overheated engine and gave me back a fully functional and reliable vehicle. The vehicle had existing damage from hitting a deer years ago and I guess it finally caught up to it on a trip to Morro Bay. Originally I had a mechanic get me on the road after the deer, but it was a bandaid on a bigger problem. Mark actually listened to me and targeted and worked on what I thought was the problem unlike so many other dealerships when I’ve mentioned possible issues they’ve sold me batteries, or some relay. There was a few other things I assumed had issues but didn’t know for sure, he really went above and beyond getting me back to solid! His price was extremely reasonable and even tried to save me some money shopping for parts. If you’re stranded or just need a good mechanic in the area I’d go to mark 100x over before going back to a dealership.

I've never been to this business, nor will I ever. He's rude and condescending. I forwarded a story from our local paper, he, without any provocation, retweeted it and called me a liberal idiot. Last time I checked this isn't how a business owner should treat people. I recommend the people of Healdsburg boycott this rude man's business.

I had an 88 mustang GT and had a custom intake and supercharger installed at Maffeis Automotive and the work was done very professionally and at a great price. I have taken my other cars their also and all were fixed and running with no problems. Mark is a great guy and I can always depend on him to get the job done. Great job Buddy

Called and left a message asking whether or not I need an appt for a smog test. No call back. Drove in the next day. As I approached the garage, the gentleman ran over and starting pulling the garage door shut as he was watching me walk toward him. The door was half way down and he shouted that he had to go to Santa Rosa and I should come back in 2 hours. Returned the next day. Entered the garage and asked for a smog test. He said he ran out of certificates and was waiting for more in the mail. He asked for my name and number, which I supplied, and said he would call and let me know when he got them. Called back a day later. Save your time and aggravation and go to AA Smog in Windsor.

Tried to use their vin verification service. Called and left messages on both phone lines at least 4 times. Never heard back. Finally took a chance and went to the Santa Rosa dmv. Pulled up to the designated area. Somebody came out within 5 minutes and it was done. Super easy. No appointment needed. And best of all. It was FREE!

Mark is very knowledgeable and quick to get repairs done. I brought him a soup sandwich of a rat rod which included many unknown parts on the vehicle. Mark scoured the internet, found replacement parts, called me to run everything past me and had my rat rod up and running like it was brand new in no time! Thanks Mark!

They don't answer their phones at all. Not sure how they stay in business. Called several times when the site says they are open and I finally have some one answer only to breathe into the phone and hang up on me... Don't ever use thos company. They have no social skills at all.
