We are getting our new 5 panel x 7 interior doors and 5 sets of bypass doors delivered tomorrow... (it only took less than a week to arrive!) but I got to see the beautiful solid core doors at the warehouse and I'm very excited to post a photo when installed. It was a pleasure working with Heraclio the sales representative at Hudson... he has walked me thru the process helping me choose the correct door style, hinges, flush mounts, and mounting hardware.. who knew there was so many decisions when getting new doors! I'm hoping I can figure out a way to have Hudson work with me when I'm ready to replace our vacation condo in the mountains! Top notch company!

Well, where to begin? We purchased what was marketed as top-tier Fleetwood swing doors, a sliding door, and windows from Hudson Street. A sizable and very expensive order. The entire process has been riddled with failures. First, the order was promised to arrive within 5-7 weeks. It arrived after 24 weeks. We received no updates from Hudson Street during this process (zero!) and needed to contact the head of the company as our sales person completely ghosted us after we issued payment. Don't be fooled by the "Made in the USA" marketing -- the order was stuck in the Port of L.A. just like all the other items coming from China. Second, Fleetwood doors have a trip hazard running across the bottom. There's a 2-inch ledge that you won't see in the Hudson Street show room. When the doors operated, every single person coming through that door tripped on the ledge. Third, the very expensive, very "high end" front door won't open or close. The sliding door won't open unless you use both hands and push your entire body against it. It was bad upon install and has become completely unusable only 2 months later. What does Hudson Street say? It's an install issue, of course. What does the contractor say? It's the door, of course. (Note: they happily continue to work with the same contractor they say is responsible for this. Could this be one of their preferred contractors you could be stuck with?) Finally, after only a few months, the door handle has started to separate from the door itself. A third grader would have been able to build a better product in their garage. Hudson Street refuses to help or acknowledge any responsibility. We were fooled into the seemingly high quality of Hudson Street showroom, and are now stuck with doors costing us tens of thousands. That's tens of thousands of dollars down the toilet. Before you buy, just Google the brand that Hudson Street is pushing on you and verify quality for yourself. We stupidly did this too late. Finally, we had to pay Hudson Street 25% over the amount in contract that we signed. They threatened to put a lien on our property unless we complied. Yes, they did that. I'm "still dissatisfied" because the doors don't work, Brenda. No one has been here to attempt to fix the doors. If the doors work, I wouldn't be dissatisfied. Either that, or you can refund me the TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars I paid you for a non-functional product. 2. Hudson Street asks me to reach out to my sales rep. My last email to him was 2 days before my review. I've sent several emails to him and the President of the company already. And still no one has reached out to try to repair it. The most I've received is a link to a manual so that I could "fix it myself."

We had a really great experience with Charles and the team at Hudson Street Designs over a window order we placed. When we were told our window order would be nine weeks out from delivery we elected to change one window, less than a week in placing the order, to one that was more expensive. Unfortunately the window manufacturer told us the order could not be changed. Hudson Street Designs would not take "no" for an answer on a such reasonable request. The team at Hudson Street designs got the manufacturer to refund the window and in the process will likely get an additional order for five more windows. We really appreciate Hudson's Street Designs professionalism and willingness to place customers needs first.

Lovely showroom in Healdsburg! We enjoyed creating their 3D virtual tour as the offices and showroom are intuitively woven together. Very cool! They offer a beautiful selection for doors, windows, finished hardware, skylights, cabinet hardware, window coverings, plumbing fixtures and other stuff for your home. Nice staff and clean, organized and beautiful showroom. Go local! ?

We have use them for cabinet tree doors windows bathrooms kitchens and most recently we took out curtains and put in Hunter Douglas lines in two rooms and all I can say is it's always been amazing service incredible customer service, As far as installation goes they are immaculate clean tidy and all I can say is they deserve 10 stars

Very poor communication. Right hand does not know what the left is doing. Stated our small order would take 6-8 weeks. It is now four months and nothing has happened, other than that they took our big desposit. They apparently do not value small orders, (or perhaps any new orders), when they know they are in high demand after the fires and do not have much competition. What a disappointment.

We wanted to give our business to a locally owned company and sadly, this did not turn out as we had hoped. Without going into all the details I will only say when things took a turn for the worse, they would not return calls, emails or offer to help in any way. I am extremely disappointed in the entire experience. Do not count on them for accuracy or for keeping their word.

I had a problem with the hinges on new Milgard doors failing twice within the first 1 1/2 years of ownership. I attempted to have Milgard fix them per their warranty, but after over a year of struggling to get appointments, 2 failed service visits, and other hassles our door was about as good as a window. In frustration I started randomly calling vendors from the Milgard website asking for advice, help, etc. on how to get the doors fixed. Hudson Street Design came out to our house and had everything fixed within a few weeks. They might have worked out some payment with Milgard, however they didn't charge me anything for a minimum of 2 hours of work (and likely more.) It was much appreciated!!

There have been so many problems with this company on two work sites I work that I have advised my boss to send back their product and go with a different door style. As Andersen Doors official reseller they have completely made Andersen look terrible. Whoever Charles is needs to be fired this guy doesn't listen to his customers. The folks at Hudson Street are honest and well intentioned. Quality of their installation was above average, and I enjoyed working with Charles and Darryl. That said, they have some real problems. Sales staff didn't know the products well. Has to research myself on line. Very poor communication and coordination between departments: Never notified when my sliding door and window arrived. Measured door frame incorrectly ( because they didn't know the product well ( Marvin Ultimate Slider) or reviewed the specs. They didn't realize ( or know) that the existing blind wouldn't fit in new Marvin window. We didn't know until the window was installed. Ver committed installation staff. Had to do some of the finish work ( filling nail holes, etc myself) as they didn't have the time to complete it properly Took 6 week from time of installation to get job completed. All in all, happy with results, but would probably not work with them again.

Working Hudson Street Design has been brilliant. What a wonderful place. Working with Chelsea and Charles has been a pleasure. They both spend an extraordinary amount of time making sure you have all the information you need, to get the best quality products at a great price. I went to HSD to get a front door, and was quickly greeted by Michael. He was attentive and very helpful in showing me options and giving his thought on what hardware would go well with the door design and aesthetic! He followed up when the door and hardware came in and made sure everything came out alright. Jessy
