My husband and I had a great experience with Wine Country Life Vacation Rentals property management when we decided to list our home as a vacation rental. Pam helped us to get set up and was great with communications whenever there was a need from the vacationers. Thank you!

I moved to Healdsburg during the Tubbs fire in 2017, literally the same week. Pam was incredible with communication and helping me acquire a great rental in downtown Healdsburg for a incredible rate.Healdsburg Property Management, is responsive, fair and Pam was always great to work with.Def recommend if you're looking for a rental in Windsor/Healdsburg. They have great selection. Thanks for everything.

We've had the pleasure of working with Healdsburg Property Management for over a year now and are so grateful to have connected with them. They're very diligent, totally on their game, sincere, and conscientious. We hope to continue working with them for a long time.

Pam and her company have been a bad experience from the get go.My boyfriend and I had to end our lease two months early. I asked Pam ahead of time if there were fees we would face and her answer was just the rest of the lease term is due. But then when we got our deposit she took 30% commission for placing a new tenant. (She says commission in the lease with no percentage giving her the freedom to charge what she feels like). She also took 13 days of rent since the new tenant moved in 13 days after us. However there was no option for us to stay during that time and the new tenant was found before we moved out or even determined a move out date. Also, she needed to maintain the property that hadn’t been done before we moved in. Pam was able to increase the rent $200 a month two month early since we left after 10 months. And again she had zero courtesy to let us know this would be the case when we asked. The main issue is her poor communication skills. If she was able to pick up a phone call or give us some heads up on this it wouldn’t have become such an issue. Throughout our time as applicants and tenants we felt like an inconvenience to her. The perception is that she took advantage of our situation. We are definitely still catching up after losing more than 2000 after caring for the property as if we owned it.Pam doesn’t answer her phone, unless you have an appointment. If you go to her office to drop something off she might say put it under the door and make you have a conversation through the door. Every experience with her was frustrating. She also tried charging us $400 for other maintenance items which she new was wrong and refunded them since she had no proof or receipts. It’s creating a bad vibe for healdsburg and Windsor. The funny thing is her tag line is “you are not a number with us” which is exactly what you are or maybe more like $$.

My family was very pleased with Healdsburg property management, we rented from them while we were rebuilding our home in Fountaingrove. They were very gracious and letting us extend multiple times because our house was not complete yet what was supposed to be two years turned into four years, any time there was a little maintenance they were on it and we were happy with her services . If we ever have caused in the future to need another rental, we will be sure to go back to Pam and her team.

Another reason not to use these guys to manage your property they do not care what their tenants due to the neighborhood or surrounding neighbors all they care about is getting the money loud music for hours running over garbage cans and noise!! See video

Pam Taeuffer and Healdsburg Property Management have been nothing less than amazing as a property manager. Highly recommend!Eight months after moving into a month to month lease our Landlord decided to sell her house. At that time we offered to purchase the house within a year and the landlord agreed to that time frame and was "very happy to have such great tenants". Less than a month later Pam called to let me know there would be a home inspection on the property at the end of the week. I asked Pam if the landlord was selling the house Pam reached out to her only to find out the landlord had accepted a bid from a family friend and now after just settling in the Landlord was asking us to vacate within 60 days. ? Pam was apologetic and excellent in helping us look for another home. Luckily we were able to secure another lease and I informed the landlord we would be moving out on the 1st which was approximately 45 days after the 60 day notification to vacate. All was fine in my world. After we moved out and went to turn over the keys is when our landlord decided she wanted me to pay for the additional 15 days until they closed on their home??? Claiming to not have given her 30 days notice after she asked me to move out and sold the house out from under me. In addition they tried to charge me for anything and everything they could think of even though we took great care of their home. To say the least I was very upset and readied myself for a legal argument and expected tie up of our security deposit.During this time Pam was professional, fair and was morally sound. I wish I could say the same for the landlord. Pam was able to navigate a rough scenario and no long legal process was needed. As a renter and property owner I can not say enough about Pam and Healdsburg Property Management. Pam is very professional and handles herself with class, I wish more people in this world were like Pam!

I wish I’d listened to the community members who know the property manager and online reviews who warned me away from this company, but I took a chance and I regret it. Landlords and renters alike, be aware. The owner of this company is rude, unprofessional, and untruthful, always looking for how to pad her own pockets. I sold my house (that was always on a month-to-month lease) to a family friend and the property manager was upset I didn’t sell to the tenants because she wanted a finder’s fee. She allowed the tenants to illegally move out without giving 30 days notice and I had to involve an attorney at the end of our rental agreement because the property manager lied about landlord tenant law. It’s unbelievable that a “professional” would send e-mails name calling and threatening yet she did, repeatedly. Do your research and look elsewhere.

Pam and the team at Healdsburg Property Management have managed two different properties that I have rented over the past few years. At all times they have been receptive, responsible, and very easy to deal with. Both properties have also been beautiful!

I've worked with Pam for years. She is very clear with communication, responds LIGHTNING fast, is a problem solver, and has a LOT of patience, which is necessary when dealing with me. Love HPM, Pam and the whole team.

I've known HPM and have worked with Pam for years. She's been very fair to us and in our opinion, her tenants as well. I know for a fact that she has paid online fees for her tenants during this COVID-19 pandemic. Over the years I have known her to rent to single parents, accept HUD programs before they were mandated to help with disabled or challenged tenants and work with high and low income tenants equally. She is quick to handle repairs and her property owners are well informed, consulted with in the application process. I highly recommend this company! Whether it is long term, short term, or for a vacation stay! We CHOOSE Pam and her team!
