I will never do business with them because of the behavior of their drivers. A man driving their truck almost hit me yesterday because he wanted to merge one car ahead of me. He changed lanes and forced his van into my lane almost hitting my truck by inches. Dangerous and selfish people.

Full service lumber and all types of building supplies. They have a lot of general hardware too- nuts and bolts, etc. There is a big selection of pro grade builder's tools. Healdsburg lumber serves their professional contractor customers very well and it's also a great place for DIY homeowners like me. They're very helpful and friendly. Everything about this store and the shopping experience is a big cut above the giant home center down the road. Plus, you get all this high quality at competitive prices.

You will want to shoot yourself if you ever have to do business with these people. It seems their lofty goals of customer service is to return an email or text within a week is satisfactory. After paying 300 dollars to get their technician out to assess our window needs, it took easily 8 weeks to finally get the proper information , on sizing and pricing. 8 weeks. And now we have been waiting 6 days for clarification on certain details, and possibly changes. Impossible to deal with and after so much monkeying around waiting , i have to say not to be trusted. Flee and find another vendor for anything. Probably the worst customer service i have dealt with in 4 years of being a contractor. Useless. If i could give a negative starred review i would.

Needed redwood lumber to replace deck boards in front of house. After pricing several suppliers for materials for this job we ended up with Healdsburg Lumber. They were a pleasure to work with during the ordering and delivery process. Fair price and quality lumber. Not at all like the big box store experience.

I requested a certain material and was sold something completely different. I brought up the issue to Tim who offered me a small discount which hardly covered the cost of fuel. I felt like I received a raw deal and left disappointed .

Bought Redwood for a new deck, HL pulled and delivered inferior lumber with so many knots AND holes. We assumed we could trust them selecting, but nope. If you like this type of commerce, with a side of condescension, diss and misogyny- this place is for you. Never again.
