Lee at Healdsburg Collision took great care of me 23 years ago and has been my only go to body shop ever since. Healdsburg Collision helped me with insurance and towing after an accident, fixed my car in a timely fashion and performed extra services outside insurance coverage. Their service and work always exceed expectations. My recent experience with Chris and Lee were no different. I am very happy with their work. I feel like i have friends in the Auto body Business. Charged $1,200 for a small dent on my hood. They told me it took fifteen hours of labor to fix the hood. I called Hansel Toyota and they said it should only take about an hour to replace the etire hood, at a cost of $500 for both parts and labor.

I recommend Healdsburg Collision Center to everyone I know. They do amazing work. Anytime I was in a accident I had my cars towed there. When I received my car back, it looked like nothing ever happened. They even cleaned the inside and detailed it. They worked with my insurance and I didn't have to pay much or anything at all. 7/20/21: Lee and Chris just installed 10k in a total suspension mods for my 2019 GT from Pedders, Steeda and BMR.Then 30 miles out got "t" bone. When life gives you a lemon-make lemon-aid. Back into the shop with 7k more of high performance products while the GT gets repaired from G-Force, Magnaflow, Ford High Performance and BMR. Plus smoke out headlights, tail lights and a Bill Wicker rear spoiler.Been coming here since 2004-always 5 star service!Services: Painting

My car had some rock chip damage from the enormous amounts I drive back and forth on the I-5 along with a few scratches on the back when I was in an accident. Lee and everyone at the shop returned my car in AMAZING condition; practically brand new. Their customer service exceeded all my expectations, and now even living 9 hours away, I will continue to always take my car there!

So glad I decided to use a Healdsburg service provider. They always go the extra mile for you, and Lee at Healdsburg Collision is no exception. My car looks better than it did before the accident. Had it back in two weeks with an itemized list of all repairs performed, and every one of them met or exceeded my expectation. For example, in the process of fixing a small dent in my hood, which was covered by my insurance, they also repaired all of the little nicks and scratches caused by everyday freeway driving, which my insurance specifically would not cover, and didn't ask me to pay anything for this additional work. My hood looks like new. If Healdsburg Collision isn't on you insurance's "Preferred" list, I encourage you to use them anyway! They do excellent work and stand behind it.

Great place to have work done! I crunched my tailgate and got a few estimates around town. I decided to go with Healdsburg Collision due to the down to earth disposition of the owner, Lee Plato. He was so personable and nice and very helpful. They had a deal where they covered the deductible and I walked out of there with a brand new tailgate with perfectly matched paint with zero money out of my own pocket! I will come back if I ever have the need again!

I have done business at least 5 times here since 2009. Four times due to being hit and once because of body work I wanted done on my rice rocket. A trick out Nissan Maxima. I have all ways been satisfied with the high quality of the auto body work. No hassle paper work and business transactions with Lee. He runs a 5 Star professional body shop. Oh...yes i have been to G&C-San Bruno where my car was damaged while it was at their shop which ending up being a major head ache dealing with obnoxious staff and self righteous manager. Never again...that's why i keep comming back to Lee.
