The bathroom is gross . The rash can is beyond full and is all over the ground in the women's bathroom . The doors don't close , the toilets are gross there is pee and period blood on the floor . Looks like it needs to be cleaned and updated .

Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service from the pharmacy technician Dan Mac Gregor Golden RPT license number 32668. As I waited in line and was called up to the register he stated, he would not help me. He refused to make a new patient account for my 10month old son, who needed an antibiotic urgently. Medication was in, but he would not make an account. He stated his role was to only administer vaccines and clearly stated he does not help customers needing medication. I was turned away. He also had his cashier in tears from all his negativity and rude comments that she felt so overwhelmed with his obnoxious comments that she walked out on him! I will be reporting his license to the state of California, as well to the university of Arizona. If he does not take his professional seriously he should not be able to work under his license.

If you have issues here too, please rate your experience, complain to CVS If your complaint is not resolved, try the BBB and/or California 's pharmacy board at Don't let the issue rest. During my recent visit I found the pharmacy tech to be cordial. However, the head pharmacist, Mindy, is rude, judgemental, and either short sited or paranoid. I am a former customer of Longs who remained loyal when CVS took over. I've lived in Palo Alto and Foster City, and never had an issue with prescriptions. Until Mindy. She didn't make any effort to make things right. She certainly could have put her paranoia to rest with a few phone calls or looking at her CVS database. However, she doesn't care at all! Don't go there. There are several pharmacies in Healdsburg, at least one probably has a pharmacist that is better educated and Don't leave there in tears like me. This institution is not worth it.

Went to pick up a prescription for my wife she gets every month. Pharmacist was on phone for 30 minutes then was not able to find prescription. After 30 minutes he informed me he spelt my name wrong after being on phone with my doctor . Not a problem but had an attitude. Will go back out of convenience but not more

I have moved around a lot and have been to many pharmacies. I have NEVER had a pharmacy be so difficult, so uninterested in helping, or so dismissive of medical concerns about not receiving vital medications in time due to their ineptitude. It is infuriating. It's a totally incompetent pharmacy and particularly the young, dark haired pharmacist. It seemed as though she was being deliberately difficult. She was not communicating vital information related to our conversation (including that the medication I was trying to get was out of stock anyway!!!) She talked over me and I had to ask the same question 4 or 5 times in a row trying to get her to clarify what she was saying, and she just continued to repeat the same phrase over and over. She also does not understand the distinction between a law and a CVS policy. She claimed new laws had passed that are merely CVS policies. She also tried to blame my doctor for her ineptitude, saying that he must not understand how submitting prescriptions works, which is absurd and insulting. I highly recommend the local Safeway pharmacy and will be switching back. I transferred to cvs because my insurance was gonna cover a med that they didn't cover at Safeway. I should've payed the extra money and never have switched!!! Seriously this CVS is so bad.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist is nasty and needs to change his attitude. Look at your reviews. The store is filthy and totally unorganized. Everybody needs to know about this. I've dealt with many CVS pharmacies but this is totally the worst experience I've ever had. I'm shocked that this store is In Healdsburg.

The head pharmacist, Emily Wu, is highly rude and unprofessional. I tried to fill a prescription and she treated me very poorly, refusing to answer basic questions about store and corporate policy and hung up on me when I asked clarifying questions. Will never go here again. Do not recommend. What's crazy is that there are reviews on here that date back at least to 2015 ( I eventually stopped reading) that say what a rude awful pharmacy this is. Even when people cited a different pharmacist they were just as bad. Multiple people say that the pharmacist acted like they were playing god with their medication and that was my exact experience.

The only positive is that the manager actually took my complaint about the pharmacy staff! I won't be visiting this location any time soon. UNPROFESSIONAL- To be told by staff " I am not on the clock yet" and the pharmacist tells me "live and learn" after I explained the meds they dispensed were wasted, too much given and I spent $60 for. Also, they won't take the unused tubes back intact and they don't offer a disposal program for their own meds?!?! This is C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!
