Outstanding bed and breakfast located in central Healdsburg. The inn is a beautifully maintained old bungalow with a spacious garden to relax in. The host was incredibly hospitable and an excellent cook. The bathtub configuration is a tad bit strange if you're someone who likes showering.

Excellent place with very comfortable accommodations, great views and settings indoors and outdoors. Amazing breakfast of huevos rancheros and freshly baked breads, muffins along with freshly squeezed orange juice and tasty hot coffee. Plenty of parking and a convenient walk to vast amount of restaurants, bars, and shops.
Rooms: Rooms available on main floor or upstairs. Also some nice outdoor rooms with own patio. Plenty of outdoor spaces with water feature and fire pits.
Walkability: Ten minute walk or less to restaurants, bars, and shops,

The building is pretty nice.. charming/historic shabby. Room was pretty good, we had the "deluxe" .. king bed was comfy. Bathroom a decent size but no tub and the enclosed shower was super tiny so kind of awkward. A few issues.. our key was not there as was arranged by text for "after hours" (around 6pm) so we had to call the emergency number and wait. Luckily we were not in a rush. Also, not impressed by breakfast or the coffee. The laminated card in the bathroom telling guests to limit showers to 3 minutes did not feel welcoming. Understand the drought issue but would be more hospitable to just politely ask not to waste water rather than expecting navy showers as a rule. Am I not allowed to wash my hair?I don't normally stay in Healdsburg due to the high prices on weekends but this was midweek visit and there was a special running as well so I was satisfied for the price and location but not sure it would be worth it for weekend pricing.

This was our first time here and we had a most enjoyable time. The location is very convenient to the local square and many of the best restaurants in town not to mention accessibility to the local wine country with some exceptional wineries. The Inn is terribly quaint and seems very true to period with its decor and furnishings. Amber the Host and Carolina the Assistant do an incredible job with the Breakfast and are most accommodating for check-in and any needed assistance. The Wilson Room we stayed in was very spacious and nary a criticism could possibly be found on our part. The Porch off our room was lovely and the front Porch for the Inn was vast to say the least and with extremely comfortable furniture. If this at all within your budget I couldn't recommend it more.Walkability: Walking is easy and without grades, significant sidewalk obstacles or other impediments. The relative ease of access to the downtown square which is typically crowded on weekends and tourist season adds that much more value to the Inn.

Great B&B. Home cooked breakfasts served in a dining area that encourages group interactions is nice. So close to town you can easily walk to many places. Quick note that if you are in an upstairs room, there is no elevator but the staircase is wide enough to manage.

This is our second time staying at Calderwood Inn. First time it was during the Covid, we stayed in one of the big room downstairs, it was very nice but breakfast was delivered in a basket. This time our room was one of the upstairs. I like the green theme room. Had nice breakfast in the dining room. We were chatting with other guests. Living room/lounge area is very cozy.Very friendly staff, easy checking in, on site parking. Nice breakfast. Convenient location. It’s our favorite spot to stay in Healdsburg.

There was a man with tattoos working there and it seems he is worry more about breakfast than providing a good service , nice place , good location but for me service it’s number 1,No smile , acting rude and he doesn’t know to answer anything about my questions , and that wasn’t delicious breakfast but the way , he said just French toast , rather go and pay little extra for a better breakfast and better welcome service ,Thanks

Such a delightful stay. We were attending a whirlwind weekend wedding. It was so nice to have a cool, luxurious place to take a break. The Inn is an easy walk into town. We had to leave early and they provided a lovely to-go breakfast for us.

Extremely greedy cancellation policy. They charge a deposit AND you pay full price for rooms both night s even if you have to cancel due to emergencies. Guess they’ll rent the room anyway and get paid TWICE. That’s California math for you.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Calderwood Inn. It is located close to all the shops and resturants in Healdsburg and such a charming spot! The front porch and grounds are lovely. Amber is an amazing host, so kind and accomodating. Unfortunately, we had to leave before breakfast was served, but she packaged to-go boxes for us. Can't wait to make another trip soon! Wish I'd found this gem sooner. :)

Stunning house state and B&B in Healdsburg, at the heart of Sonoma Valley. The guest bedroom (been in two already) were very comfortable. The house has a beautiful garden and outdoor sitting. I was obsessed with the swing in the porch, and they have a mini fridge available in case you need it for food or drinks. The living room is super cozy but a bit disappointed the fire place wasn’t working! We played board games and shared some wine after a lovely dinner in town. You also get complimentary wine tasting in several wineries around the area, which is a great way to explore Healdsburg and the area in general!Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and on the heavier side. I’d appreciate healthier options and good coffee next time!Overall, I’d come back anytime and strongly recommend for a weekend getaway.

We booked a “suite” which had none of the features of the less expensive options like a tub and a rainfall shower. We booked this specifically for our honeymoon. The bathroom flooded when we showered and we kept falling on the slippery floor. Our internet didn’t work, and the admin internet didn’t either. No one answered any of our messages. I let them know I’m a vegetarian and after the first day they kept giving me meat for breakfast. In all our honeymoon was great except for the Calderwood Inn.

Great location and wonderful breakfasts. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Only negative is their internet speed and coverage does need an upgrade.
