This place is shockingly bad. We went in to check out the goods, maybe buy something for my in-laws. There were two people working there complaining loudly about the owner. We walked by them a few times and they wouldn’t acknowledge we existed. I even tried getting one persons attention and was ignored.
Shop elsewhere.

Lovely everything, and great service. Multi store floor where your want to buy everything, they have amazing accessories, decorations, kitchen+table ware, and incredible art.

I must stop when you are in Healdsburg. It makes you want to take everything home and start over with your decorating. Everything in the store just exudes Class and Quality. The customer service is five stars as well probably one of my favorite shops while in town for the weekend.

Lovely shop. Big supporter of small business. Disappointed I spent $85 on a very small frame and was told I couldn’t have a bag unless I paid $.25 for it. I was told it was town law. In my mind, the owner should absorb that considering I the mark up. Time constraint is the only reason I didn’t return my purchase.

Anthem has beyond beautiful home decor items and it's always a treat to visit, walk around, and treat myself to something special. However, for a store so high end, I expected much more than the service I received. I normally try to give feedback directly to business owners so to not put out negative comments for all to see however I received no response through my direct message on social media so it's only fair to share my thoughts. This past weekend I went into Anthem to purchase a nice gift for a family member and to buy myself some few items as well. The young woman at the counter over charged me on two separate occasions before I noticed on the receipt while still being rung up for other items and notified her. She and the other woman had no idea how to refund or reimburse me for the items and kept saying they were both new there. Unfortunately for me there was no one else better trained to assist. The young woman called the manager for assistance on speaker and tried to explain to him that she needed to void the transaction in order to restart the transaction again at the correct pricing, I could hear loud and clear the manager saying "Well that's not going to happen". It was really disrespectful to say the least. Finally my two transactions were voided and the young woman tried to ring me up again - the pricing was incorrect again - third time. At this point I had swiped my credit card 4 times and was getting beyond frustrated and impatient as my husband and newborn baby were waiting outside the store for now an hour. She voided the transaction again and everything was now correct. The two woman told me that they misprinted the items and that I was now getting a "discount" because they were honoring the price on the tag. It felt very uncomfortable as this is not how it works - I should not be made to feel bad about their mistake. I was finally finished and started to walk out when I realized the young woman did not bag up half of my items and hand them to me. This time she did not apologize yet just handed them to me as if I was an inconvenience to them. My husbands suggestion is that I don't visit the store again. I wish I had a better review to leave but unfortunately the management and service were really poor.
