This was a fantastic experience. I never felt worried or unsafe with any of the interactions, and the office and driver were kind and professional. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Very quick response time and in-town towing is only $100. They had to put my truck on a flat bed and it was still that price.

The only reason I gave them one star is because you had to rate to leave a review...I waited 3 hours for dispatch to call me to say she didn't have a truck to deal with the fact my car couldn't go in to neutral...Since when do you need a special tow truck for that!? The truth was she didn't want to send a truck to do the job....Bear Flag Toeing had my car ready to tow in less then 5 mins with a speedy response time......All City Tow has horrible customer service!

After a terrible experience with my insurance's Roadside Assistance that began at 3:30pm and lasted until 8am the next day the dispatcher and tow truck operator were a pleasant and welcome surprise. The tow was tricky but with the 8 years of experience of the driver he was able to maneuver both the truck and my car into place to achieve the tow on the flatbed. I can't recommend them highly enough! Pleasant, kind and expert service.

We're coming home along Hwy 101 after camping in the Trinity Alps for several days and our car brakes down, transmission kaputt. We coasted off Hwy 101 just outside Healdsburg. Tow truck arrived in less than 20 mins with the nicest, most efficient driver, Robert. He and Allison at All City handle everything smoothly and efficiently. While he unloads our car, she calls for a Lyft and we're on our way home. Thank you All City - great job!

Safe place, vehicle was parked and secure, items were not ransacked. Paid small fee for tire change after retrieved.

Called my AAA for a tow they had all city tow booked for my tow. The guy who called me was super rude and unprofessional. So I called my AAA back to complain about this company. I will never use them.
