This is by far the best run Ace Hardware I have ever seen! It's huge by Ace Hardware standards and super well stocked. They even stock a lot of premium items that I haven't seen in any other Ace Hardware.

I live in Rohnert Park. My experiences with Garrett's in Healdsburg has been so positive that I will drive the distance . It's the employees that make the difference compared to other hardware and garden stores. Even the way they answer their phone, so friendly.

Garrett Ace is the Place for your HONEST, helpful hardware store! After getting great service with a handful of hardware and household cleaners I left my wallet behind and headed home to San Diego! Garret staff took the time to track me down (via a AAA card-thanks also to AAA) and mailed my wallet to me at their expense! In addition to having a wide range of goods and services, knowledgeable staff with a great service attitude this store clearly places great value in integrity and service. The community is very fortunate to have this store and a management team that recruits and trains great staff. Thank you!

I don't recommend buying from this store because they take horrible care of the animals they call their "Pets" if you look in to the cages of both birds the water is disgusting, the cages are dirty, they have no toys, the have cloth houses that are frayed and the birds are chewing on them witch can lead to impaction witch will result in a sad death. It's funny that they sold almost all of their birds but the ones that everyone loves stayed there instead of going to a loving home. I've never seen ANY of the "Pets" with toys that went either disgusting or dangerous. I've seen many employees just walk on by when cages need cleaning or water needs replenishing. I as a individual have complained to them about their care they got them new cages soon after. I'm not saying to not buy from there but please if something seams off let an employee know the more we can so the better. By the way this review was written by a twelve year old :). Best hardware store around! And the gift horse tucked behind the hardware store is just an absolute treat for fancy decor and kitchen and Home goods! Absolutely lovely!

I have had great customer service here. They are always very helpful and have cook things I rarely see at other stores you just have to look around a bit. My fat chance carnivorous pitcher plant was a person favorite buy, aswell as the rare Jasmin sumac the flower responsible for scenting Jasmin tea!!!!!!!
