I've had a great experience with ZipCubes. I had placed all my belongings into storage when I went overseas in late 2019 and then moved to Los Angeles. I thought the storage would be temporary but the pandemic delayed my plans. I find the customer service with ZipCubes to always be prompt, efficient, and friendly. I recently had my cubes removed and was happy to see that everything was stored very well with no issues.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for temporary or long-term storage.

Buck and team were outstanding. He moved my family and I from Santa Clara to Chula Vista with no hiccups! Hands down the best and most professional movers we have used. They treated us and our belongings as if we were family.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. From the initial contact with Buck to the actual move day, I couldn't ask for better service.... The crew that came to my house were professional, polite and most importantly, careful with our belongings. Once our things were on the road to our new home in Oregon, the driver, Ryan, was great about keeping us updated with his ETA. I recommend this company highly.

We've been using Zipcubes for years. You get a huge amount of space for a very affordable rate, and since there isn't open access to the cubes, it's extremely secure. Be sure to pack your things well, though, because they do move the cubes around at the warehouse.The only drawback is that they don't leave the cube at your location for loading. You have to load while the driver waits, so you have to be quick. If you visit their facility though, you can take all the time you need.

I requested a quote online, and the website said a team member would follow up with a quote. They never did, and so I called and left messages three times. I never heard back. Same thing happened with SmartBox. No clue what happened or why these two establishments aren't interested in additional business. Instead, I went with PODS and had a fantastic experience. Prompt customer service and fair prices.

Seems there was a communication/expectation issue. My expectation were I would receive my contract docs within a few hours of speaking with them as the delivery was less than a week away. After my Sunday email asking where the docs were, (which they probably did not see till Monday), I received them Monday afternoon. Andrew called to follow up immediately after seeing my review. Proper customer service. Their website ordering system still needs to be addressed. I am not the only customer who ordered on-line, right down to the credit card, who's order disappeared. I would recommend you not use the website and just call them. They were very responsive on the phone. My apologies to Andrew for the poor communication mishap.

All City Movers and Don Lee are low down crooks. He purposely sent two men to pick up my furniture and boxes and they had no idea how to pack furniture. My things were delivered 3 weeks late, and the furniture was scratched and a couple of pieces were ruined. He also helped himself to a case of my wine, and two large outdoor pots that were quite valuable. When I called them to complain, he laughed.He lied about the price of the move and never showed me the actual weight of my items.The worst company and the worst person, Don Lee!

Moving from the CA Bay Area to WA state 50 miles from Seattle is a lot of work and they were absolutely wonderful!! All other options we'd explored fell through, including pods, and we were running out of time. Don Lee and Buck Knoll are great people who worked closely with us and checking in often to make sure things were moving forward. We had a specific budget and Buck helped us get all our stuff up to WA safely as well as in our price range! Both crews in each state were nice and so fun to work with. Unfortunately we didn't get names of our loading crew in CA; however, Buck and his wife Kimberly personally delivered our furniture to WA, along with an amazing crew of Kyler, Todd and Pat. I highly recommend these guys, they are a partner of North American Van lines and took all the stress out of out move!!

These guys were great to work with many years back when I needed storage. They came, I loaded, they left. Super simple. I was able to easily schedule appointments at their warehouse in Hayward to see my stuff. I would definitely recommend this service.

It was a great experience I would highly recommend All City Moving and Storage. Moving out of state can be a stressful experience, but they helped make it pleasant and enjoyableBuck and his crew were accommodating, friendly, and professional. They were careful and courteous with packing and delivering all of our stuff. They all had Great attitudes.Overall the best moving experience and we would not recommend anyone else!!!

We reserved a ZipCube online -- we got the email saying the reservation process isn't confirmed until they get in touch to iron out details, and that we should expect to hear from them within 24 hours. Nine days later and I haven't heard from them. I've called 4 times on different days at different times, left a voicemail but no return call. I also sent an email, again no reply. Perhaps they're busy? We can't wait to confirm, we're booking with a competitor. Too bad, the reviews and price look great!
