QUADRUPLE CHECK ANYTHING YOU RECEIVE FROM XPO, I WORKED THERE AND WE WERE TOLD TO HIDE ANY DAMAGE FROM THE CUSTOMER. THIS WAS TO BRING DOWN THEIR DAMAGE NUMBERS ACROSS THEIR NETWORK. WHICH ARE TERRIBLE!
IM LEADING A UNION MOVEMENT WITHIN THE XPO OAKLAND LOCATION. SO FAR I HAVE 14 SIGNATURES FROM DRIVERS WISHING TO BE REPRESENTED BY A UNION.
XPO DOES NOT , I REPEAT, DOES NOT HAVE THEIR EMPLOYEES INTERESTS AT HEART. THEY HAVE TO KEEP FALLATING ALL THEIR SHAREHOLDERS.
DONT LET THEM BUST THIS UNIONIZING!!!!!!!

Stay away from these people. Customer service is very rude and short and so far all their drivers FAIL to follow directions. Was forced to rely on this terrible shipping company through third party vendor on our USCG project and let down all FIVE times. So we are convinced the entire company is incompetent from the scheduling trucks, to dispatch, and lastly the drivers. Always late, no communication with drivers, never follow directions for simple access requirements, and drivers are terrible communicators. Would never use them again, and delt with many different shippers over the years, this is hands down the worst all the way around!

Will deliver a giant package as and when it is convenient for them, and they have zero consideration for when YOU are AVAILABLE.Then they’d not show up, or be very late, because it’s not a big deal you waste 9 hours of your time, as long as it saves them the job of actually having to plan around a time table or be accountable.Cannot do the basic min job of scheduling a delivery window and actually delivering itThe shipper and I had about 40 emails back and forth in 10 days because of this shipper. Before you use this place thinking it’s cheap, would you want to write 20 emails just to schedule a delivery with no issues?

TL;DR: the dispatcher will lie to you about everything, but the driver will do the job for a hamburgerMy friend was receiving a furniture delivery while out of town and asked me to be at their place to receive it.First, the lady from XPO who called me lied about the delivery window and offered me a choice of two days instead of a full week. She also claimed that the delivery can happen anytime between 9 and 5, and I have no choice on the matter. Moreover, she said the driver would call me an hour ahead of delivery, and that they'd deliver inside the house.On the day of delivery, nobody had called me by 4pm, so we reached out ourselves. They said the driver would be at the location within half an hour. Instead, the driver arrived at 4:59pm and declared that the delivery was to the curb only. When I refused to receive the delivery, he agreed to bring it into the house, but because it's a 200lb+ crate, I'd have to lend a hand. Eventually, he turned the conversation over to assert that he was the one helping me out, and negotiated a hamburger in return.On the positive side, the furniture arrived intact, so at least there's that.

I had one of their drivers nearly hit me as he cut me off on A Street in Hayward as I was going to the Business Costco. He was going to the business that was PriceCostco at one time, behind Costco.

The company made an error in scheduling a delivery and refused to waive storage fees until the item could next be delivered. They claimed a liftgate was not approved and therefore the order could not be shipped, even though I had a voicemail from them indicating that the liftgate had been approved prior to scheduling the delivery. I was told that the storage fees would be waived at one point, then later was called back by the company and told that they would not be waived because they blamed the shipper for not requesting the liftgate, even though the liftgate was approved before I called them to finalize the delivery date that they did not meet. Both myself and the shipper had to call multiple times to simply get the item sent back to the shipper. Unfortunately I cannot recommend using this company due to their disorganization, lack of communication, and reluctance to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Worst Delivery company ever! Customer Service is terrible. That lady has no patience in solving your problem. To be honest, they don't even care if you received your delivery or not; or if you have time to be at home to receive the delivery. I hope no company works with them ever again.

Horrible company. I’ve been waiting on a package to be delivered. It says it was delivered but not to us and they allowed someone else to sign for it. We never received our package and have been calling for days straight with no one answering or knowing anything. This needs to be corrected immediately

Husband and I team drive. We needed to trade out our trailer for an empty. Although they did not have one empty, they unloaded a trailer for us immediately. Within 30 minutes we were on the road headed to our next shipper. Everyone we interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional. The manager even left what he was doing to make sure we were quickly taken care of. Everyone went above and beyond, and we couldn't be more grateful.

terrible terrible terrible service. I ordered a washer and dryer from Samsung and it never got delivered. However, they marked it as delivered. It’s been a huge headache trying to get a refund from Samsung because XPO can’t seem to return the item back to Samsung. Why would you mark something as delivered if you never delivered it!!!! Also, when I try calling, they can’t find the order.
