Alejandra and Clarissa are a GREAT addition to the Hayward Work World. It was a pleasant treat to be greeted upon entering the store, and being helped with my shopping. I am looking forward to shopping again at the Hayward Work World!

Excellent customer service, very helpful and gave me options not just sold me items. She made sure I was happy with my purchase and also showed me pieces from the sale rack so I can save a little .I will definitely come back, a plus that she's also bilingual.
