my phone is still broken they left the screen half off and they won't give me my money back I went to their house and her house I want my money back which is $85 but I have to give them the screen back which my phone will be with no screen because they through mine away

They don't answer their phone, tried multiple times during business hours without someone answering. Terrible for a business to do this. Lost money and gained a terrible review. Coming from a business owner, get better at the phone calls.

I found this place on line in Hayward California to fix iPad mini that hade a lot of sentimental value to me they fix it like brand new .they where very nice and honest people about what need it to be done with iPad and they also keep me up dated so important to me that I can trust them.. and they came through with a working iPad mini so happy ? thank you ?

Horrible experience! Took my phone in to fix my broken camera, twice! Second time i took a look at it, it came out worse. I asked the owner to give some sort of refund or at least take responsibility for scamming us. Owner started yelling and telling me i’m “lying”, horrible customer service for that. Lost my time and money. Would recommend anyone to go to a professional repair store if you care more about quality than quantity!

Having 5 girl teenagers at home it gets expensive to keep buying them new phones every time they break the screen or break the phone luckily for me I have found this place that helped me out alot, they have fixed 4 of my daughters iphone screens in a really quick manner. The owner is a very nice and helpful lady that even lends my daughters iphones so they wont be without a phone while they get there phones fixed. I definently recommend this place you will not regret it. They have a fast and reasonable price for there services.

A co-worker give a hefty recommendation for this cell phone accessories and repair shop. It's located up behind Cal State Hayward, in a small strip mall with clustered along with other small independent shops. The hours that they're open are hit or miss. The proprietor is not consistent with when they are open. Some weeks, they won't be open unless you call and leave a message that you wish to come in. Whaaaaat? My own personal experience has been reflective of this. I really want to patronize a small businesses like this one. The communication skills of the proprietor on what will be done, what is promised, and when the service will be performed are the issues that I have. Came in to have my I-Phone 8 re-glassed. Should have been only a 2 hour job max....So she said. Ended up not being able to get my phone back for 24 hours. This was not what was promised. Sorry. I just hate to write a negative review, but here it is.
