I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time here. The rudest, most unprofessional counter "help" I have ever experienced. I won't say dealt with, because I waited, and waited,...and waited. They walk back and forth, stapling papers and appearing busy, but NEVER even make eye contact. The only reason I went here is because their website showed they had what I needed. Well, I ended up going to ACE hardware, greeted politely at the door, shown to where the product was located and purchased. A wholey pleasant experience as opposed to white cr ap. Will NEVER return or purchase anything from them.

I ordered outriggers online For scaffolding it did not come with all the parts I called this location they told me to come in and they would get me the missing hardware got there and they could not find the hardware and told me all they could do was sell me a hole new kit.

Hayward, CA location is full of the most worthless braindead individuals on the planet. They will order what you want, but don't expect any advice or anything useful other than a dollar amount to come out of their mouths. In 20 years in the bay area, I ordered things from them 12ish years ago, and again this month, they haven't changed one bit.

I haven never seen more incompetence, laziness or lack of customer service even at McDonald's or wal mart. Nuff said. Go to a different location if they have your item because you'll wait forever here.
