Very unprofessional. My vehicle was there for over 2 months and they hadn't touched it. I had to tow it to another shop to get the work done. My car was left filthy and on flat tires. Do not take your car there.Service: Body & Trim

I went with my cousin to fix his truck, the the owner told us he will charge us $100-$120 to fix it. However, we order the part and came back to him so he could fix it his son told us we have to charge you $280 to fix this. We called the dad he told us I don't remember telling you that. The son was rude and unprofessional. I felf discriminate. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this place.

I want to start off with stating that the review is not accurate, I want to give no stars. I first came into contact with shop after doing a Google search. I drive over after getting the address and met up with a man in the office to get an estimate. He gave it to me and stated that it would be approximately 3-5 days. This was an insurance claim where a company was paying and furnishing a rental. I had taken the drop back the following and dropped it off with Elan and it seemed to be okay. Once five days past, I started to wonder what was taking so long. Me working three jobs barely have time during the week days to make calls. Anyways, on the fourteenth day I received a text telling that the car is done. I contacted the responsible company to alert them and to my surprise I was alerted to the fact the car was completed days ago. Further more. I was going to be held liable for the days after the repair. When herring to the shop, Elan stated it had been some days ago and that he tried to contact me. I found no evidence of that. And when asking him to assist with this matter, he had taken $30 off the job. Wow, that is really going to help with a rental that cost over $100 a day and the job was done 3-4 days ago. And that is not all... When he brought my car to me. He stated he had it detailed for me. The outside was covered in dust, but had a shine. The interior looked worse than when I brought it in. It look like someone attempted to do something and did not finish. I was okay with that since it was not something charged. I later had to catch a flight out of sfo and decided to change my shoes prior to the flight. Upon putting my feet on my floor board, I discovered that the floors were wet. I thought a little on it. But had to catch my flight and thought it would be dry by the time I would return four days later. Boy was I wrong. The floor boards were not only still saturated, but began to have an order. I texted him asking him to call me, as I landed in the middle of the night. Well into lunch on the next day I had not heard from him. So I decided to call and no answer. I called the office and a lady answered and said he was not in and she'd give him the message of me telling what is going on. Well, to date I have not received any form of communication from him.!!!!!! Horrible experience
