This review is for the short Asian girl at the account desk. She pretended to go to the back to ask her manager a question. I had an appointment to deal with my dad's account to close it out due to his death. She stated there was a policy to wait 30 days and refused to help me. She was wrong. And if she really asked for the managers advice then the manager doesn't know what the correct policy is either! The security guard was the only professional person there. I immediately called the southland Wells Fargo and they helped me right away and got my dad's account closed the same day. Don't believe anything this girl says at the A street location. Go to the southland branch. Or any branch for that matter!

I had to recalled a wire and needed to go to nearest Wells Fargo bank immediately to see a banker. The nearest branch was this location.I arrived at 2:50pm, the bank was with 2 people ahead waiting for bankers ( I’m just guessing because no one was assisting). It was 2 bankers on duty and they were busy.After 15 mins without any helps then I asked one of the banker on duty (later found out his name is Edward calonsag) to know how I can get help, he advised to wait for another banker when she is done and you can ask her to help, her name is Anna, Edward said.About 15-20 mins later, Anna was available and I went over and explained my situation and we both sit down and get started.Immediately, the floor duty associate (later found out his name is Javier Gonzales) came over and ordered Anna to help customer had safe deposit box issues , saying she needs to drill the lock…..,and then I was forced to wait in the reception area, his attitude was off the chart and it was the first time someone TRIED to help me after waited for more than 30 mins.Back in the reception area waiting again, and was 1 couple sitting there too.After 10 mins or so, the couple get no help then they left the bank. No one was waiting for any bankers except me. Bank has quite down and was 3 customer waiting for the teller, 2 tellers were on duty plus Anna. I went in line to see Anna at the window hoping to get her help, she said she couldn’t help me, I demanding to speak to the bank manager. I’m back in reception area waiting.Javier Gonzales came out and told me to wait and told me the manager (point at the teller counter) he is the manager (later found out his name is Mike).After Mike helped 2 more customers and came over to me with no apology in any kind, he asked if I had an appointment (apparently it’s nonsense question). I told Mike the urgency and I need to recall my wire today, That was 3:38pm. The bank has no customers except banker Edward Calonsag, he is about to finish his last customer, Mike asked if I wanted to wait, he also said Javier Gonzales has a 4:00pm appointment, if after 4:10pm and if the customer doesn’t show up, then he can help, otherwise I must wait for Edward. I insisted we still have 20 mins before his appointment and we should have enough time to take care of my problem, but Mike refuses to offer any helps even Anna has no customer on the teller counter.7 mins later, at around 3:45, the teller side has 3 tellers plus Mike with no customer and the bank is empty except Edward’s customer and I. Still no one offer to help me.Mike could have ask his team members to assist (almost 1 hr waiting) instead waiting for Edward to finish his last customer around 4:00pm.This bank has no management, no customer service, no one cares walkin customer (maybe Javier had dispersed when I got there, otherwise better???).-. Manager should be able to distribute his team where it needs the most.-. Should treat team members fairly without the hardest worker works harderOut of my 33 yrs banking with Wells Fargo Bank This experience has shocked me.

I am not a customer but I have dealt with companies that are. I usually just come here to make deposits. The security guard is friendly but is on his phone in conversation. Sometimes, when the line is long, folks at the desks will ask if there are any people just making a deposit. It helps not waiting long for the two tellers that are typically open. Review #90 of 100 in 2023.

*UPDATED PHOTO*I added a new photo of the ATM being down again. Automated responses on here don't fix the issue @ Wells Fargo.Pretty trash that their drive up ATM seems to always be down or out of money. What's the point of having it if it never works?

I went into this branch as instructed by my financial planner to sign a document. I only hope the regular customers coming to the A Street branch are treated better than I was. The nicest staff was the security guard. I was treated in a condensing way probably due to my grubby gym clothes but it's not right to " judge a book by its cover" until you look inside. Please remember to always treat people the same way YOU want to be treated.

Came into this branch this morning to cash a check from one of my jobs I do twice a year. The teller advised me in a snooty way that I can just go to my bank since I don't have an account here. Instead of waiting to cash the check at Wells Fargo. I advised him I have several accounts I could use to cash the check. Rude I've banked with Wells Fargo for years although I'm not a member now how rude to imply that I shouldn't cash the check from the bank who cut the check. I'm very aware of what I'm doing and advised him no thanks to his advice. I need my funds today and he wasn't coming from a genuine place. Mind your business sir. Alejandro

I am waiting for 45 minutes for the manager. The only answer I received is that she is in lunch time, however there are other people waiting for her to 1hr 30 minutes. We all work and we do not have the time she has for lunch or to wait for her.

Normally I don't leave reviews but recently visiting this branch I felt great with my entire interaction. I walked in and was greeted by the branch manager that asked questions to help direct me and was assisted shortly after that. The branch looks clean, modern and the staff members were very helpful. I'm surprised reading past reviews complaining about a wait time. I bank at multiple Institutions and there is always a wait! No matter where you go they operate with 1-2 tellers if that! Quality of service should be at the top of everyones list and this branch lives up to that. It seems like people don't realize all of their self service options online, on the app or how much the ATM's can actually do. Hearing everyone complain in line about things that are out of the staffs control is wild. This is the future of banking and I'm here for it. Everyone needs to get with the times and appreciate the few people that are there to help.

Worst customer service ever....one teller, 20 ppl in line. 2 ppl running around with tablets that could be helping behind the counter! I'm just saying! Wasted man power! The sad part is that they have many reviews that reflect the same...for a while now, and nothing has changed. I will be looking to change banks for sure! If the choice is between esthetics and service...I choose service and unfortunately, they have terrible service!

I stood in a line at this bank for 40 minutes. There were 15 patrons in front of me and one teller. When I got to the window to make a deposit into someone's account they would not allow me to do it. They will take a personal check, money orders, and cashier's checks but not cash into someone's personal bank account! Shenanigans is what I call that. I know where NOT to bank.

Worst bank service for small business owners. Never have enough staff, long lines. I was told 4 different times they can’t help me with my deposit because they have only one teller at the moment and not enough stuff come back later or go to different bank. And never get enough changes. Next time please close the bank if its under staff.

15 ppl in line at 245pm on a Tuesday with only one teller ! That's wild!! I know this location recently conducted layoffs but you geez. I think you cut too many! I didnt and couldn't wait for a transaction that should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Terrible location with long waits for service, but today was the icing on the cake. How is there not one working ATM terminal at the location? Completely bogus, go to south land location for help.
