We always drive by this car wash and refer to it as the "disco car wash" for it's flashing lights. We finally had the chance to come by for a touchless car wash, and it did not disappoint. The car wash is separated into two parts: a manual do-it-yourself car wash area for $3 a wash, and a drive through disco car wash starting at $10 for an express wash. We went with the express wash and left feeling cleansed and refreshed as one should when they bring a dirty car through a car wash. LOVE that they are open 24 hours. I'm a big supporter of running errands during odd hours to avoid crowds (if you couldn't tell, I am also a parent lol), and should anything happen while you are at the car wash, they have a 24 hour phone number you can call to leave a voicemail or text so they can help you at any time. What a business model. Wash Time is leading the way for express value car washes in the Hayward area!

I have been coming to this car wash for years. I drove for rideshare in the past, so this location was really convenient for me since it has a drive-through automated system. I especially prefer to wash my car here since it has a touchless system that can't damage the paint. If you get the upgraded wash, it gives you a wax with a spot-free rinse. Last night, the machine had a glitch, where the wash cycle did not complete, which was the first time this has ever happened for me, and I come here often, so it was a surprise to me. It was after hours, so I didn't think I would be able to let the business owner know what happened, but then I noticed a phone number posted and decided to call. I left a msg but noticed that the number accepted txt messages. I texted a couple of photos for proof and asked for them to take care of me. The next morning, the business owner contacted me back and verified my purchase, and sent me a full refund! Kudos to the business owner for taking care of his customers in a timely manner. I will continue to wash my car here with confidence.

I got the best wash they had. It doesn't clear the car very well, it leaves dust marks, I recommend only if you want a touch up

I have moved out of Hayward but still keep going back to this place for automatic car wash. They have a robust system of touchless car wash- very efficient. You can also do manual car wash for $3 for 4 min. They have shampoo, vacuum, etc at the back of the facility as well. I haven't been able to find any reliable, convenient and affordable replacement of this so far.

The vacuums are terrible, don't pull nothing, but the automatic car was is fine for the price it is.

Washing tunnel machine is not strong enough my car was still dirty and I had to go spend more money and wash it again outside

Came out of wash to car covered in scratches after contacting the customer service it was poor and useless takes 0 accountability tells me to file on my own insurance

Self wash at cheap rates, 3$ for 4 mins wash and 1$ for 4 mins of vacuum. Out of 4 only 2 wash areas are working. It even has some machine car wash where you just put your car inside.

Poor customer service. I've been here many times with only small issues. Have one large issue worth calling about. Spot free rinse didn't work, and was told they didn't believe me. Now I have a spotty car for the week and no help getting my refund to get my car looking good. Waste of money. Go elsewhere.

I just left this car wash and did not get what I paid for I selected the $14 option ceramic ultimate wash and as I can see from my receipt that you have to download that is fact what I paid for but when the Automated machine was quoting the service I purchased it stated I purchased a deluxe wash, at the time I wasn't sure if I selected the wrong option since you don't immediately get your receipt you have to download it, so now that I have confirmed I selected and paid $14 so I got ripped off I got the deluxe car wash a cheaper service but paid for $14 ceramic Ultimate Wash price.
