I had the worst experience there , the employee sobra was very unprofessional and extremely rude . I went to get my pictures with my kids and she said no I can't help you we are only 2 on duty . Im a paying customer I don't understand I told her I just need 2 pictures. At the end she mocked me and overall worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life .

The store hours state that they close at 10pm. So it was quite infuriating to see that they closed at 9 pm on Saturday May 28,2023.Is it okay to close at 9pm? Absolutely, but only if your business hours are stated as such.

The pharmacy is a disaster, they have a sign saying "express pick up" there is nothing express about it. 45 mins to pick up a precription. They are short staff and they still let the customers pay for a whole cart of products there, while there is elders barely standing waiting in line.Also their products availability on their website is not updated.

This pharmacy has some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Wait on the phone for over an hour just so they pick up and hang up.

Walk-in to pharmacy is not recommended. I had left hospital from surgery to pick up pain medication and they said didn't know how long it would be and did not offer me to wait. My medication was not ready until next day. On another occasion from urgent care was told would be ready in 45 minutes. After 3 hours I called in for status and was told it would be another hour. This pharmacy really sucks. Will drive the extra miles to Castro Valley.

Good news! I got my booster shot there. The senior pharmacist was very helpful and very experienced. Bad news... It took way too long and they failed to put me in the paperwork queue. (Clerical screw up). I was there for at least an hour and a half just waiting and waiting and waiting.

Come to this location if you are in desperate need of something in the store. The staff was kind and helpful; they get 5 starsthe environment and selection of products is why I give 2 stars. Just going to and from your car to get into the store you will be harassed about 5 times for money, and I'm not exaggerating.I know people beg everywhere but I came here for meds and was feeling sick, I had a cough spasm on my way out the walgreens front door and literally 5 people asked me for money. They really need a parking lot security.

The store needs an overhaul of the workers . Plenty of workers standing around talking and chatting it up with each other ignoring the customers. They leave the person behind the counter a photos Overwhelmed with a long line no one steps up and helps out. The workers just disappear into the back room there's no way they all have break at that time. It must be nice to make a paycheck and not work.

Just got through going to the check stand And this lady by the name of Rebecca She should not use the F word because she's mad and she Wanted some help but nobody would give it to her but but that's between her and the employees not employees not for her to use the F word or no where everybody could hear it and get upset and obnoxious this is not a good employee

The FedEx department here sucks! The manager has been here for more than a decade and does shady business. She and her colleague could not get their device to work, so they tried to say I was scheduling a FedEx pickup. They took my signature and then looked like idiots when it did not go through because they had already scanned the return label. Then they tried to send me to Office Depot to see if was open. Ever heard of the internet? I had to return my packages via a drop box. The Indian cashier at Walgreens was pushy. She didn't even ask if I had an account with them or wanted one. She DEMANDED I insert my phone number for a 1% discount. Are you kidding me? Then she basically scolded me to remove my credit card when the machine said DO NOT REMOVE. Ridiculous!

Pharmacy is chaotic, mismanaged, and under man power. Prescription sent was recorded, and doctor had to resend electronically again. Never use their dispense syncing program, it gives you than quantity for no reason. They barely have time to dispense, and can't calculate. My God hope they don't dispense the wrong drug.
