This review is purely about phone services. The phone service today was terrible. Phone keeps ringing and they pick up quickly and push hold right away. Already have done this 4x and going on 10 minutes of hold. Unbelievable...

I have been on hold for 15 minutes now and the pharmacy attendant just keeps putting me on hold everytime the phone rings and sounds like it's being picked up....11TIMES today...this place is the pits!!!WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Courtney the manager the worst customer service in the world I spent $100 on a pre paid Visa card and card was not working because of new employee did not know what to do and just wanted a simple refund I had asked for her to call her superior and she said did not have phone number and said I can't help you ..I asked why she said I already bought card and out of her hands so I have to leave with my card and this was to pay for hotel night because I live so far away do to work and so now I have to sleep in my truck it's 7:30 pm at night.Please don't go to this Walgreens they already have many bad reviews and Courtney was the one you want to stay away from she is a manager that does not handle customers very well!!!!

I ordered some items online @ Walgreens Foothill, Hayward and the order went thru with a confirmation number and time of delivery. I am suppose to get the items by 6PM today. I called Walgreens at 7Pm to follow up and the staff who answered me said that they are not responsible if the items were not delivered on time. It is the 3rd party that do the delivery. I cancelled the order. Walgreens online delivery is not reliable. You will be waiting in vain. Never again. The advertisement is totally misleading.

This is my local Walgreens. They get a five star from me because they are always well stocked. They're always open during their posted hours and their customer service is impressive. They are friendly and actually write down if you didn't find what you were looking for.

This type of covid test is out dated and not friendly to use. Walgreens won't accept return on this item that I consider illegal to sell it in the first place.

I just had a negative experience today with the pharmacy. I got hung up 4 times between 12:15 and 12:22 pm, Tuesday 1/4/2022. I am sick and trying to find out info. about Covid-19 testing. After the 4th hand up, the signal became busy. I usually had positive experiences here and ama regular customer. I couldn't believe someone at the pharmacy did that. It's terrible customer and way to let me know they're busy. I hope corporate knows this so it doesn't happen again.

I have been using this particular pharmacy for many years and this is only the second time I have voiced a complain about them. Normally, they are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My Dr faxes the prescription on the day of my appt. but the prescription pick-up day is usually 2 days later as it was this time. It's a controlled substance so very strict on releasing it. i actually went 4 days later to pick up 5 prescriptions, assuming the one most in need was in the bag. It wasn't. The nest day I called and spoke to a staff member named Cindy and questioned why. She said because the Dr. called too early. I told her, "yes, but I came 4 days later and it wasn't in the bag." Again she said it was too early. I, again, said, "yes but it should have been filled on the due date."Then she switches her story and says it was because I didn't call in for it. What! She said I was supposed to call in on the day it was due. That is not true. I told her I have never had to call in on that particular prescription. Then she said she will have it ready that day. I said, Thank you and hung up. Then she calls me and left a message saying we were disconnected, to call her back. When I did, I am put on hold 4 times. Finally she come to the phone and I told her I hung up, we were not disconnected. Cindy, you really need to learn the pharmacy procedures and not make statements to customers when You are not sure what is going on especially when you change your, you are insulting me and making yourself seem inexperienced, incompetent and a liar.

Horrible experience. Staff is really lazy, rude, poor explanation of how things work. Went in to grab a shaver, it took them over 15 mins to come help me, one of the staff members just walked. the other one didn't acknowledge that I have been waiting for awhile. After checking out I was not provided a receipt, when I asked for one he said they he was unable to print out for me. But also said I would need a receipt to return clippers because they have issues with that brand.

Would give zero stars if possible the male manager that works the evening shift is very rude did a a curve-side pick up and very politely asked him if he could put it in the trunk and he refused and practically threw my items in my car and said what you doing here then.

This Walgreens pharmacy it is bad at communicating any delays on prescriptions I am the one that finds out by my self because they don't call to let people know. They always blame the doctors.

I'm surprised by the other reviews, I've yet to encounter any problems while I've shopped at this location. The staff is very helpful whenever I have questions about products and do returns easily. My review is really based on the photo department. I have ordered a lot products during this holiday season. Photo books, calendars, cubes, and panels, etc. I'm beyond impressed by the quality of the photo crafts which I have picked up. I'd especially like to praise Maggie. She goes above and beyond every time I have ordered a product. She has helped me out with the photo self service kiosk and has me hooked on sending orders through their app. Maggie has a lot of patience and is very helpful. If you're ever at this Walgreens location, I recommend reaching out to her.
