Muhammad Ahad is the best guy i have ever met in Verizon. This guy saved me $150 in my bill me and friend were paying $150 extra every month and he saved us. However, guy from Verizon San Francisco scammed us. But Muhammad saved us.

I was just there today 3/4/2024the woman who helped us had us wait for 30 min to then tell us we had to go to the nearby corporate store in Hayward wich we did it turned out to be a dead end street came back to ask her for the correct address she proceeded to give me attitude and to say we are really busy well guess what lady we are all busy horrible customer service mislead us when I was walking out of the store she says I don’t care if you give me a bad review it doesn’t matter she was the worst don’t ever visit this store

The entire team at this Verizon store are very helpful! Ben went above and beyond when I got a new phone and had issues with the SIM card, I was in and out in no time and my phone was functioning properly. Thank you Ben!
