A nightmare plz avoid this location!! I mailed a sold item from eBay. I made the prepaid, shipping label and took it in to be scanned I received a receipt. I’ve been took that after them scanning my package they voided the scan and receipt out of the systeand my package is missing never scanned 2 month later still no package.

I'm leaving this negative review because I want This location that works my mail to know that their substitute drivers frequently fail to fulfill pick up requests. This is unacceptable but even more unacceptable at Xmas time when shipping is down to the wire. USPS, please discipline those who refuse to do their jobs. Thank you..

Almost 30 mins standing in line waiting. You all need to fire these Turtles. Look how long the line is. This is ridiculous. Nobody should have to stand in line for 30 mins. The line is clear outside into the parking lot. Look at the photos. What the hell you all doing in there giving birth?

I mailed 3 packages with fragile labeled on all & literally one of the gifts broke inside, I guess the mailmen honestly don't care, it angered me because of how expensive my gifts were and for it to be broken. One only got successfully delivered. While the third one got lost and never made it. Horrible.

This post office hours are very misleading Just went by to get mail and the door was locked even though it was 10 am in the morning! The sign on door said open at 9 am! You could see people inside but door was locked! Changing post office box immediately!

DMV workers are more pleasant than the red haired clerk in this post office. If that doesn't give you an idea of the kind of customer service she provides, then you must never have been to the DMV. In the several times I've been helped by her, she's made me purchase unnecessary items and has been so nit picky with packaging. I've ended up going to the Smith street USPS or the Fremont ones with the same packages that she told me to repack and guess what? They accepted it with a smile, without issue. Save yourself your time and gas by just going to other local post offices. This one is small, understaffed, and that red haired women was the defining lowlight of this location.

Friendly staff but this location is pretty small and cramped. It can get busy but usually theyre pretty quick to get everybody through.
