Came here to take some things out of my safety deposit box and I was told someone will be with me shortly. Ruby was the first to be done with a customer she was working with instead of helping me she took another customer before me.I waited over 45 minutes at this point till I asked Mohammed another teller working there if someone can help me. Mohammed asked ruby why she didn't help since I was there she mumbled something about an appointment. Mohammed was nice enough to take me back to my box and apologize for the delay. Hire more Mohammed's and just maybe your reviews will be more positive.

Go to a different branch...I needed to go on a quick trip to the bank, so I went to this branch. From the get go, instead of being greeted and asked about my account information, the teller/ manager/ not sure of his position I spoke with was worried about signing me up for a credit card and asked if I had an account despite showing up to the bank with my ATM card and ID. Not only was he pushy about the credit card multiple times in the short time I was there but he also gave me completely wrong, sensitive information that wasn't mine! The rating for the branch is fitting; this employee was rude and incompetent. This branch and its employees are obviously questionable considering my experience and the other reviews. New employees are sorely needed!

I don't like how the bank is closed right now for 2 weeks, now I have to drive across town, I wish the bank was open , I also wish they would open at 8 am no 9:30am which is late for me , I wish they would have more people working there, this deposit rule thing , is not working for me , I deposited two check from my income tax returns , the bank is hold my checks for two days , mean while my checking account is being charged 35 dollars every time I use my card and there's no money in the account, the bank is ripping people off with this scams , I'm also being charged 4 dollars on my saving account a maintenance fee , when I have 400 dollars in the account, this was never an issue before , I need to find another bank ,

Total and complete lack of follow through. I started an auto loan and I was told that he'd, Lovelace, call me tomorrow. 3 days later I called to see what was going on. He told me that he would call when he heard something. 2 weeks later I get a pre-approval letter in the mail. I called to find out the terms and conditions and talked to Diane. We emailed some information back and forth. It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything about my loan. I give up. I don't need customer service like this.

We went into the branch to make changes to my Mom's accounts. Love was great, he took his time with us and listened to what we needed. Mom has been a customer for several years and has always had excellent customer service.

Just because of the bank manager (don't know his name looks Indian) I would say this is the worst branch I've ever encountered! In my case I've deposited money into our business account a couple of times in this branch didn't have any problem. This morning, came across the branch manager, he says I'm sorry you don't have any account under your name! Being a branch manager and you don't know how to look up under business name? Every other branch I've been to they were able to deposit money into our business account without any problem whether they know me or my husband. ID is all they ask for when depositing big amounts, even yesterday I was in Fremont branch deposit was a breeze! Either you must be lazy-don't want to count cash or simply not helpful!! A little drive to Safeway branch is worth it.

The majority of the staff are pleasant, however, some of the representatives need to keep up with their own bank policies. Sadly, the manager never returned a phone call and the matter had to be handled by a District Manager from Silicon Valley.

This has got to be the WORST branch I have ever been to. Unfortunately it's the only one closest to me without having to deal with traffic and things to get to the Safeway branch. My biggest complaint is with the ATM machine. 9 times out of 10 the machine is either not doing withdraws or not accepting cash deposits. I've complained to the tellers inside this location only to be told that they have no control over the ATM---Um, what?! How can a U.S. Bank branch not have any control over a U.S. Bank machine that's attached to the side of their building?! (mind boggling). I personally use the ATM most if not all the time because I think it's ridiculous to get charged a fee for going inside and talking to a teller who's getting paid by the hour to do what their customers need done (aka, their job. Especially when their ATM machine is always down). My advice to anyone contemplating coming here for the first time, DON'T! Save your energy and maybe even your blood pressure and go to the Safeway branch.
