The UPS store is my favorite to send and return packages or to send priority mails.The staff is very friendly and helpful and very responsive to there customers.

I had a very good experience this morning when I went to mail a package. The lady behind the counter was very friendly. I don't understand the bad reviews. Maybe if those people people didn't go in with an entitled attitude it would help. I will be using your store from now on. Thank you for making it so easy.

The customer service here is beyond terrible. I went into this location to drop off a delivery for Amazon and was greeted with terrible service by Juan. Upon looking at my package he instantly said the driver wouldn't take the box that was taped up. He refused to take the box and tried to make me purchase a box and tape from them. However, I was clearly advised by Amazon that I could return the items in the box as long as it wasn't damaged. Juan stated that Amazon was wrong and always says that. Juan overall attitude and demeanor was very disappointing and upsetting. He should never work in customer service EVER again. He should get a job that he actually likes to do. If Juan is really his name because he hesitated to tell me his name. I will never do business with UPS in life. If the only way that I can receive a delivery is via UPS I will NOT order.

Friendly customer service. However, I must highlight a significant concern regarding strong odors that permeate the establishment. Upon entering, the overpowering scent was so intense that I nearly felt lightheaded. It’s not only unpleasant for customers but also poses a potential health hazard.I empathize with the employees who endure these strong odors during their work hours. It’s crucial for the management to address this issue promptly to create a better environment for both customers and staff. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to resolve this matter for the well-being of everyone associated with the establishment.

Don’t ever go to this store! I should have read the reviews. Believe everything the reviews say. Bad customer service. I would give it -5 stars if I could. Please do you send a favor don’t use this store.

Update -I got a response from the store manager. This reminded me to check on my Amazon return. My returns didn't get processed until it was escalated. This surfaced more issues since I didn't get a receipt for the tracking info when I sent out my returns at this site. The manager that sent me a message said that the employee was new, so I spent a few minutes researching into other reviewers. Similar event happened to others... 1 year and 3 years ago. Regardless how new the employee is, I was not the only person dealing with an unhappy employee or the business culture at this site.

I just showed up at 6:00pm on 06/20/23 they were ready to close and didn’t let me do my transaction kick me out of the store even if I telling them in the website says they close at 6:30Too bad of costumer service

The only thing this UPS store is good for is Amazon returns. They overcharge for printing simple documents, and on top of that, when I had the lady print 2 documents, she printed one of the documents twice. Because I trusted her I didn't double check, because how hard is it to print two attachments? Apparently it is hard. I'm annoyed that I paid $12 for a print job I don't need. I don't recommend this business.

This is the best UPS store in Hayward. Customer service is excellent and they are highly experienced, which makes it very easy. Mr Gupta is very welcoming as always and treat everyone same. Thank you for the great service always! Keep it up??
