Firstly, I am black and I have been promoting this very store for over 3 years. I am here twice weekly for my business shipment. This black lady here is the most rudest, unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered and for this reason, I am taking my business elsewhere, until the store-owner provide her with some customer services and communication skills training. No one deserves this treatment!

Donna is a great employee patient and understanding! This is at the 2568 mission Blvd, in Hayward ca. She is a beautiful employee who truly helped and supported me through my live scan fingerprinting process! Today 2 of my friends when to this location to return a package from Amazon
They have the box and the label ready just need some tape and that’s it and both of the clerk ladies miss behave and where nasty because they don’t speak English and neither of the two ladies who was working at that moment want them to help or even listen or try to help even they roll out the eyes when they say that don’t speak English
This is not profesional and this is discrimination.

I’ve come here a few times and the customer service is always poor. Today was the worst - my routine request was treated like such a hassle and they ended up telling me to go to Castro Valley because they didn’t want to figure it out. Don’t waste your time here - the FedEx on Foothill has much better customer service and the rates are comparableUpdate - I went to FedEx in Union City for the service this UPS location refused to help me with. The customer service was so much better. The FedEx on Foothill is also good.

Closed whenever they please. Arrived an hour before closing time, lady in front (with an attitude) claimed she was closed that she was getting carpets cleaned and to come back another day.Update: second day I found it closed on operating hours.

One of the best UPS stores ! Every time I drop off my packages the staff has been great . A Special Thanks to two Ladies : Donna and Teddy ??. Always friendly and helpful. They are super helpful and knowledgeable?!

Service is very bad! Stuff is VERY rude and doesn't know policy in the UPS website. They do work with the same rules like 15 years ago. Do not recommend that store at all.
