I'm surprised I had to pay tax for the printing of a document. I didn't realize we now paid taxes on services. I was told it was for the use of the paper to print the document?????Really??? Will not return for this particular service. Staff is friendly most days.

Okay so out the last couple times i went the costumer service is either great or is really terrible. I only been in when I think the Mexican girl is there and she is amazing and explains everything when I need help. I try to go when she is there because even if she is busy she goes above an beyond. then there is this other short girl I think her name started with an L but the name tag was upside down. The girl with the upside down name tag basically told me I was illiterate and didn't know how to follow instructions. I also noticed when I do go in the Mexican girl is doing the most work while other workers are on the phone or can't be bothered to help. That's why the minus one star. It would have been five is all the employees where like the Mexican girl.

Went to print passports picture for my daughter the guy that took the pic did not tell her to take her glasses off turn out the picture was rejected by the passport office I call them and explain that j couldn't use the pice and I needed a refund to which he said I have to show proof the pic was rejected by the post office and product a receipt I explained to him I don't have the receipt it's been a month that's how long it took me to get an appointment. Bottom line he I was out $30.00 just because he did not know the job the was hired to do.

Shaddy. Never had to pay anything to return anything to Amazon before in my life. Usually they'd just scan the code on the my phone and print out a shipping form and tape it on to the package. This place charged me $3 to print out the return code bar sheet to return my package to Amazon. Super Shaddy! Be nickel and dime-ing customers.

I was here the other day, Todd helped me out. Very professional and quick without mistakes. If you value your time this guy will make sure every second counts. I came in for a live scan for finger printing and backround check. I was in out in 1/3 of the time compared to the last time i went to a UPS for the same service. Keep up the good work!

I sent two boxes of Christmas gifts to Arizona on a Wednesday morning and my daughter received them on Friday which was very quick for regular mail. The lady that helped me was nice and professional and actually packed, taped and put labels on the boxes while I was there. Last year when I sent gifts a man helped me and just put the gifts to the side without packing them, which worried me a bit because I thought he could forget what went with my ticket. Five stars because service was great this time and the two ladies seemed to work together well.

Wow thank you Laura for going above and beyond in helping me take my son's passport photo. She was able to help me take photo of my one year who hard to keep still and also help incoming customers. Who ever needs to hear this Laura needs a raise. Thanks again ups supper store hero Laura for your help.
