Your driver cuts through traffic like a race cat and will cut people off. He almost hit me I had to change lanes to not smack into him. This is how your drivers are I can only imagine how bad this company is.

An employee by the name of Gia is so mean and do not have a good customer service. No phone etiquette. In general very UNPROFESSIONAL. They dont deserve even 1 star but I have no choice but to put 1 star so I can post this.

On 7-27-21 a driver arrived at my residence, climbed over a padlocked gate and fence, opened another 6 foot gate, entered our private courtyard and began hanging around before he ran the front door bell. He began looking into our home before my wife yelled at him. My wife is on life support. I came out. It did not go well for him. Ultra ex is not returning my phone calls.

UltraEx is a good company, I use to deliver for them so I know that they have a good delivery system, they are always on time every time.

A driver today was making an illegal left turn on Geary st. When all the cars behind honked him he started cuzzing at the cars behind him and started flicking people off. At one point he started using racial slurs at another driver. As we passed by him, we able to get the car number #34.

Always late. The most expensive "exclusive" service is supposed to be a straight delivery but it's not true. They will take 2.5 hours to drive what should take 40 minutes, so clearly they are not delivering just your delivery, they are batching it with other deliveries. That would be fine at the lower tiers, but not at the "exclusive" level.

Excellent Sameday Delivery Service. Great drivers and Customer Service staff. Open 24/7, and Holidays. Couriers always available. Never had a problem with their service or any drivers.

Your drivers are maniacs that try to run people off the road. If anyone is looking at my review right now look at the yelp page for this place. There is a number of reports of the drivers being wreckless as they are careless and do not care if they injure or kill someone. An investigation should be opened. Your company should feel ashamed with yourselves.

Wtf I almost got ran off the road by one of these maniacs. This is insane I have never seen this from any carrier service or any other driver in my life. If you are drive 280 near highway 92 be advised if u see these cars

One of their drivers literally tried to run me head-on into the ugly end of a median (was a sharp starting point of a temporary median). It would have either seriously injured or killed me. Police notified. This driver looked right at me as he was trying to injure/kill me; he knew what he was doing. Obviously this company has some problem drivers (or 1 driver with some serious & severe anger issues). Someone is going to get killed. This driver brake-checked me, chased me, harassed me and other drivers. When I called the company, I talked to someone who sounded about 12 and wasn't terribly interested in the fact that they have a homicidal maniac working for them. Attached is a pic of the van that was terrorizing me. When this maniac kills someone (I pray that doesn't happen), the poor soul on the receiving end--or their family, at least--will have evidence of the malice and mischief this driver enjoys creating. This is beyond disgusting; this driver's actions are criminal. Judging from the other reviews, my experience is not unique, and it certainly seems as though the company doesn't at all care about the safety of others on the road. Shame on this company for its bad drivers and for its complete disregard for the safety of bay area drivers.

Rude driver on 237 westbound just before the exit to highway 101. If you're going to accelerate aggressively to block someone from merging into your lane (with plenty of space) when you see their turn signal, at least do it in a vehicle that isn't plastered with a company logo on the side. The driver also made some not-so-nice gestures after accelerating.
