Tracy always gives me an excellent, 5 star service! She's very accommodating. Always welcome us all the time. Very friendly and efficient. Her salon is clean. I definitely recommend Tracy Hair Salon!

I have been looking for a new salon and hairstylist for my mom. I drive for Lyft, and one of my passengers recommended Tracy salon. It was closed on Wednesday, but called to leave a voicemail message to schedule an appointment, but not able to leave a message at the number listed. They are open today and just called, went straight to the same message that the caller is unable to receive messages. There is no website listed. It's by appointment only so not sure how to get one scheduled ??? Is there a new number? I guess when I'm in the area or nearby business I can stop by and check for availability and pricing info. Oh well

I absolutely LOVE my new haircut from Tracy! It was my fist time here. I came in with wet clean hair and she cut it just like the photo I showed her. She cut it wet then blow dried then cut again to make sure it was just right. She really took the time to make sure it looked great. I have long hair and it was reasonably priced. I'm telling all my friends about Tracy! I absolutely LOVE my new haircut! I came in with wet clean hair and she cut it just like the photo I showed her. She cut it wet then blow dried then cut again to make sure it was just right. She really took the time to make sure it looked great. I have long hair and it was reasonably priced. It felt a real salon should be, not a quick speedy cheap cut. It was my first time here, but I'll definitely be going back! Thank you, Tracy!

Tracy is always been our to-go salon. My kids loves her! My partner and little one doesn't want anyone except her. She's the nicest! Very friendly and on time on every appt.

me and my family are actually regular clients of Tracy but lately she's been having a really rude attitude . today We call her made an appointment for my son and my husband to get a haircut when we get there or when my husband and my son get there my husband was asking my son what haircut did he want and she looked at my husband and said I don't have time for this don't you see i have a line of customers and it's like first of all you have to give us the respect just the way that we gave you when we booked the appointment and when we booked the appointment we said for two people so there's no reason for you to be rude and rushed us when we have our appointment time . Definitely never going back to her if she has any problems at home or anywhere else she shouldn't bring it to her work area. That was very, very rude.

I started getting my haircuts here and I have to say that Tracy is awesome and cuts my hair well in a short amount of time. For $20 for a decent hair cut with a a nice woman like Tracy is worth it

I called to see if she could take my 3 year old daughter for a last minute Bain trim since I was in the parking lot- she said yes I moved my car from one end of the parking lot (getting a oil change) to her front door. As soon as I pulled to her door she runs to her car and leaves with no eye contact as if I didn't just pull up to this empty parking lot. I call her and she ignores my call only to call me back a minute late and tells me she's home already. A no would of been better. You didn't have to run as if I was robbing you. So rude!

I went in to get my haircut I brought pictures of hairstyles that I liked. Tracy tried very hard to dissuade me from getting a haircut based on the pictures I brought in. She said I would regret it. She asked me to look at a book she had of hairstyles and told me pick one of these they would be better. The book was very old and outdated I guess I should've known at that point that I should've left but my hair was really damaged and I really needed a haircut and I was able to get an appointment the same day. My hair looks very choppy and very uneven. I already spent $30 here for a haircut and now I have to pay somebody to fix it

Fast, asked the right questions and got what I needed done with a few reference images and gave me a great haircut
