Great customer service from the drivers. They were incredibly prompt and we had our vehicles meet us in California sooner than we thought they would (we moved from Utah).

I called asking questions and they guy didn't let me finish and hung up, very rude. How do they expect business when they don't even try listening to their customers. I would look elsewhere. Very disappointed in their customer service which should be the first focus in any business

We have to give major props to this company for taking our family car all the way from SFO to San Jose. It was a long transport, when it could've been an easy 8 mile tow to the nearest Ford Dealer from where we broke down. When our tow truck arrived, Romy tried to assess the situation of where our car was and trying to get it on the flat bed. We were parked in the International parking garage. The headway of loading a car on a flat bed was not an option. The driver was so nice, so professional but yet kept a fun attitude. My family was stranded and he was so helpful. He kept a great attitude through our situation. Patient, helpful, and professional. Then we he arrived at the destination to drop the car off over night, he called me to let me know the situation. No drop offs were allowed. I then had to dispatch the Ford dealership again to get the car to a different dealership. He was still patient about it. I texted him to thank him for taking care of us (my family). We are eternally grateful for this company and Romy. Thank you!

We have been sitting in the car waiting for tow truck to come for 3 hours. And the tow truck still did not show up. this is supposed to be a road side emergency service. We had to call multiple times to find out what was going on. The eta was pushed again and again and no reasonable explanation was provided. It is now 10:30pm and we are still waiting. The dispatcher even told me to be patient because they are not airplane company. Wow. It is so true. He was really telling the truth, right?

very unprofessional and rude!!! top line tow came out and towed my car to my residence. how ever with in all of the chaos i owed them $$ that my insurance company didn't not for for this tow. the driver had for got to collect payment when he left. days later a woman called requesting payment. i was more than happy to pay them. when she gave me their mailing address so that i can send payment i either wrote it down incorrectly or she gave me the wrong address and the post office pushed it back. i tried reaching out to her several times with no luck of reaching her. today i received a call from another phone number from a man who worked at this company demanding payment. before i was able to explain the situation he proceeded with sarcasm and was very rude!! as running a business you should always keep in mind that every person you come across could always be a potential or continuing customer. being treat and talked to the way i was by the "man" i will never come back as a customer!

No stars! My car was involved in an accident and picked up by this company (selection by my insurance carrier). It was to be stored at their "yard" then taken to the body shop (also selected by my insurance carrier) the next day. Pretty much my car never made it to the body shop. This tow company says they dropped it off and put my keys in their key box at the body shop. Body shop says they never spoke with this company. My car disappeared. I visited the tow company office unannounced and demanded a copy of the vehicle release and advised I would be getting an attorney since they were the last party to have possession of my car. Funny how with in 24 hours my car turns up.. in crappy Stockton at that! CHP found it. There were additional scratches and cracks that weren't there before. Some how the gear shifter was broken which doesn't make sense if my keys and car were missing why would anyone need to break that... Seems like someone is trying to cover their tracks. Not to mention after finally going to view my car at the NEW body shop selected by my insurance company... we noticed how the back tail pipes were stuffed with heavy mud/gravel... my assumption is it was just dropped off the tow bed into an area on Morgan Place in Stockton where it was found. how else could mud get stuck into the tail pipes unless someone was off-roading in the car or it was some how backed into a pile of dirt! Also my trunk is cracked somehow... maybe from impact. Not sure but I'm sick and tired of playing detective with this matter. I wouldn't recommended this shop to anyone in the bay area unless you're trying to pull an insurance scam like these people. They thought I would be fine with my insurance deeming my car as total loss and taking the payout. The video and voice recording of the owner Malik and his driver prove they have two different stories of what happened to my car. No stars and I hope they read this too.

my car broke down today, and I called top line tow for assistance, their driver pop up earlier then the ETA time, very good service well mannered staff and great service. will definitely call back again for service.

I wish there were negative stars. I feel insulted. My insurance carrier called this company for tow services. I needed a tow from Stanford University to my mechanic. How long did I wait? 6+ hours! Every time my insurance carrier called they say they would be there in 1 hour. The tow services did that 6 times! 6 times! How can that be? I wasted my day wondering what they were up to.
