So I got the $9 daily deal it was roast beef which says it's a 6-inch sandwich there was no way it was a 6 inch sandwich.I don't know if the franchise owner is trying to save a buck or two. When I go to the bay fair Togo location in San Leandro I order the same daily deal and the sandwiches are actually fulfilling. Ill never come to this location ever again I feel I was ripped off. I'm going to take this issue to corporate. Very unprofessional on this locations part.

I had the triple French dip Sandwich and it was delicious. It had plenty of meat. I'm a little weary about using chain sandwich restaurants. This one Really came through on this visit. Very nice lady Help me with my order and put my triple league main ace on the side Without even asking

I really like this Togos. All of the staff are courteous. They are frequently busy (which says a lot) but they always acknowledge you when you enter. Other sandwich places either make terrible sandwiches or charge way too much, this Togos has a good balance of price and quality. There was another chain place close to this that recently went our of business (I take no pleasure in this business closing, we all need to make a living) I think it was because with 2 people in front of you in line it would take 15 minutes to get a sandwich. This was because there was only 1 person working, big mistake. I like that there are always 2 sometimes 3 people on duty at togos and they work fast.

i placed an order online for pick up on 6/8. i realized pretty quickly that i had ordered at the wrong location. i promptly called the location to cancel. i was told that the hold on my card for 37.43, would be dropped. it was not. after it went through, i called the location and explained the situation and was told a manager would reach out. i have called again and again and no refund has been given and no manager has reached out. i did't think i was asking for alot or anything too hard. i dont understand what the problem is. even if the manager didn't think i should get a refund, at least they could have called me and let me know.

Rico and Quincy were so kind, helpful and really hard and great workers! They not only made my day but they made my experience at this location easy and smooth! They also had great customer service skills, asked me about my day and everything! Thank you so much guys and I will definitely continue to come to this location! 5/5 stars!!!!

Craving a sandwich today, I haven't been to Togo's for a while so I stopped in to get a turkey/ roast beef sandwich. Everything was fine until I asked for lettuce tomatoes and cucumbers on my sandwich and was told it's extra for cucumbers. So as she put lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich, i.asked for lots.of cucumbers, she said it's 50c for 6 slices so how much cucumber did i want? Ive never been charged extra for cucumbers at subway or quiznos or the local deli. I wanted cucumbers so I said ok. The sandwich and a.bag of corn chips came out to almost $18.00! I know it wasn't all charged up for cucumbers but if you are going to charge $14+ dollars for a sandwich, should include as much veggies on it as I want. I understand portion control on meat and cheese but how much extra can mor lettuce cost? Dissapointing experience. Next time I'll go to Ike's for a $$$ sand with.

Another solid location for this company. Quality control for this brand is 11/10. Friendly service, app with loyalty points, huge portions at reasonable prices. Cheers and will be back next time I’m flying out of Hayward

Honestly if i can give it half a star i would. When i went in there i already knew the vibe was off. The male which seems to be the manager was mean mugging me and barely making small talk. Soo I decided to leave. Wrost customer service I ever experienced

It was great. I went in and fast customer service I asked questions answered quickly and firmly, very polite. He called another person gentlemen havent heard anyone say that in a while. Food it was good I'd say the wrap was worth the 13 dollars plus tip. And music

Rude employee says I'll be with you lady's? Then after I requested sour dough bread he gave us white bread? Horrible. I went here because Subway poisoned us a few months ago. I'm done with Togo's now also....

We went in on a rainy day and Ethan did a fantastic job on our order. Asked questions as to add or remove items from order. I hope when you go to Togos, you get Ethan to assist you! 5
