I honestly don't know why it took me this long to finally write a review for Hayward Tire Pros when they have helped me so much this past couple of years with my tire needs. Just a little recap before I share my amazing experience with Shane and his crew this weekend. This tire shop is right off the freeway across from the business Costco. Whenever I need my tire patch because Bay Area freeways are so amazing, Hayward Tire Pros has always helped me and has never charged me anything to patch my tires.About 2 months ago, I was in dire need of replacing two of my tires, so of course I decided to go here and get a quote. I received 2 quotes, one for the same set of tires I had on my car which was a little bit more on the expensive side and then I got another quote for the Hercules tire brand. It personally did not make any sense to me to buy 2 brand new tires of the brand I had on my car if it wasn't going to match the rest of my tires so I decided to go with the Hercules brand. I was hoping to just get my tire patch because it kept on going low on me and then they showed me that my tires needed replacing which I also saw and that's when I decided to go with just replacing my tires.Fast forward to this weekend, Saturday (12/09). I am such a procrastinator when I decided to go to their shop at 4:30 when they close at 5 pm on a Saturday. They were closing up shop already and Shane and his team were all ready to go home. I didn't force them I understood if I had to come back on a different day I just wasn't sure when I was gonna be able to come back at that point since I was going to be working starting Sunday. Shane asked me to pull up next to their bay and said they would work on my car. Mind you, all their roll-up gates were already closed and they were ready to close for the night but Shane decided to help me and for this, I am very appreciative. Another challenge they had was that they sold out of the same brand I have on my car. Shane explained to me some options they have for a temporary fix and while we were figuring this out, one of his guys called a different shop to see if they had the same tires and amazingly they did. They told me another shop had it and that it would around 20 minutes for it to get to their shop which I was okay with. Once the tires got there they installed it and I was good to go. Shane explained to me that tire rotations are included on my new tires every 5000 miles. He also suggested I check my alignment which I will come back for. Shane also noticed that my tire sensor was still on and I explained to him that my sensors were bad so he went and checked if that was the issue and thank god we did since 2 out of the 4 tires had a dead sensor. It was also good that they checked cause at least I now know that I only have 4 sensors and that my spare did not have a sensor. All in all, I have never had a bad experience with Hayward Tire Pros. I am not just saying this because of my experience on Saturday. I have seen them in action, helping other customers simply put air on their tires because it's low. You can be someone who needs new tires or someone who simply needs a patch on their tire and they treat you with the utmost respect.They will not try to screw you over just to make a quick buck. They have been here since I moved to Hayward 8 years ago and probably before that.I highly, recommend Hayward Tire Pros for your tire needs. They are very trustworthy and reliable. I went there to check a issue on my tires and they were booked for the day, Ray could help me with fast service and a nice smile even without an appointment. My problem was fixed fast and I really appreciate it. Great service.

My aunt had two blown tires on Wednesday this week and I called the shop at 4:20 pm, I had to call a few times but they answered nonetheless. Ruben gave me a quote over the phone that beat the other 4 shops I called AND he didn't hesitate to service the car same day. All the other shops said they had to order the tires and come in the next day. We were in and out in about 30 min. The location is convenient, quality, fast and efficient work for less of the price of competitors. Definitely would 100% recommend this place!

My experience at Tire Pro's was great. I needed a flat fixed (slow leak due to a nail in my tire) and they welcomed me to come in without an appointment, showed me the nail (and even gave me the nail when I asked about it) and had me in and out pretty quickly. They didn't overcharge me or charge a bunch of fees. They seem to invest in wanting customers to come back for needed maintenance and repairs. I'll be back for maintenance! Thanks Tire Pro's!

This place and the customer service they provide is amazing! Not money hungry..they don't try to sell you things that your car doesn't need. Shane is honest and goes beyond reasonable communication about the services. I will most definitely recommend this company to family and friends. -Stephanie R

I brought my tire for repair. I was greeted right away and attended to my concerned. There were 2 repairs ahead of me so when they're done they work on my tire right away, in 20 mins I'm out. Definitely going back

Had some tires I needed mounted. On a whim I swung by just after opening. They said they could do it now and would take about 30 min. Price was reasonable and it was a no nonsense type of transaction. Tires were mounted and the car has been fine. Only issue I had was that I'm sure they were done in 30 minutes or so but didn't let me know. Their waiting area is small and the tire racks block the view, so I assume they just thought I went to grab something to eat. It would've been nice if they took my number so they could let me know when it was done and I could've gone about my day sooner. All in all still recommend, just be on top of watching your car if you need to get out of there quickly.

I bought tires at this location and had them rotated as required. Until about the past year, all contact was with Chris. He was friendly and customer-oriented. Due to my Continental Tires not lasting for the duration of the warranty (by almost 20,000 miles less!), I returned and asked about the warranty. Shane questioned if this was the same car, same tires, and if I had the tires rotated. (This questioning was not at all like what I encountered at another tire business.) Shane offered a little discount on the same tires, which would have likely had the same issue of not lasting. When I declined, he said he would check with the owner, and offered a little more of a discount. When I said that offer was unacceptable, he asked if I wanted to speak with the owner and I answered no and said I would write a very negative review on Yelp. I prefer to buy my tires from a local shop compared to Costco. May be Shane's hands were tied about what he could do but I went somewhere else and bought better tires. I will not return to Hayward Tire Pros. I've learned there are more independent tire businesses that want my business. This isn't one of them. My recommendation is to stay away from this business. It doesn't care about its customers. One star required to post a review; I would have preferred to rate it with zero stars.

I would like to take a minute to acknowledge Shane. Yesterday from work I called this tire shop to inquire the price for tire rotation on my Chrysler 300C. However, they were busy and didn't answer. On my way home from work I was in need of finding a tire shop and it was already 4:30pm. I was a little short on time due to having plans already on the weekend and since I live in Hayward but work in Palo Alto. I leave at 6:15 am. I was driving on Mission Blvd heading to Mission Tires when I received a call from Shane. I explained my situation and he said they close at 5:00 and I wouldn't make it in time. This is where he went above and beyond, he asked my location I told him. He told me make a u turn at industrial and pull into Norcal tires he was going to call his friend and ask him to take care of me. When I arrive the man in the office was expecting me and he actually came out of the office put all three jacks under my car and removed all four tires himself. What great customer service from both companies. Shane thank you for your kindness, I can't express how much you helped me to get the rotation done with my crazy schedule. People, if you want a tire shop with a heart. This is it Shane will go above and before you!
