I cannot believe this store. What a shame. This used to be my favorite store to go to and shop but now I avoid it and I go elsewhere today. I went to return a mama Roo I bought for my daughter unfortunately she does not like it so I needed that return I was told they can only give me store credit and I asked is that the only thing it's showing you store credit and she said yes so now, I packed my things went to another target on Whipple and was told that they can't give me cash back. I had my receipt so I don't know what the problem was. The lady that was helping me at the guest service wears rude her name was Maria that lady should be fired I will never go there again. I would give o stars if I could

Great store, BUT it's so frustrating that the employees take up ALL the front row parking. They really shouldn't be parking right in front of the door...come on now.

they kicked me out because apparently I was stealing when it was open and already on the floor and I didn't know it was from there and the security came for me and they cursed me out infront of family's and little kids I can't belive this also last time I got kicked out because apparently I pushed a woman over when I didn't even touch anybody target needs to get new SECURITY

Thursday, July 27TH had a bad experience, went to Target and I was helped by customer service due to a returned item, unfortunately, lost my iPhone, I realized I didn't have my phone right before walking out, went back and asked if anyone returned an Iphone she said NO. Due to that, I had to get a new phone as you know the process of getting a new phone easily takes 1/2hrs. When I finally had a new phone decided to track my phone and sure still at Target I was able to detect the phone also moving around Target after 2-3 hours. At that point decided to go back with the new phone I told them the current, status and showed them my phone was there spoke to the manager no one was helpful, explained to them that it couldn't be a customer I lost my phone at 12:30pm and at that point, it was 3 pm after 3hrs, still manager said they had no phone they even mentioned that location was showing at target but the location of the phone wasn't accurate I lest target very upset. I decided to track my phone all weekend since I was out of town that weekend my phone never moved decided to take an HPD officer on Monday and he was able to locate my phone. Very upset with Hayward target. No one came up to me and never explained what exactly happened. NO one tried taking my name info in case my phone was located. So guys if you lost your phone at Target make sure you track it.

This Target is not different than any other target that you would normally visit. The aisles were good but not great. They could be better organized. The staff was helpful but customer service was lacking overall. Fortunately, everything we needed was in stock!!

If you have plenty of time to wait in line, this is the right place for you. 15 people waiting to pay on those self checkout machines and none register open. This place sucks.

I love Target for those one stop shopping kinda days when you want to get a bit of everything and not have to go to tons of stores ! Consistently clean and perfect variety!

VERY unhappy people are allowed to bring their dogs into the store . This is a health code violation . There was a man there this morning with a poodle . The dog was jumping up on the chilled food displays . Not one employee told him pets aren't allowed in food stores .

Today I was looking for some meal prep jars and couldn't find them, so I asked some guy named "Zane" I hope that's how you spell it, this guy takes me over to where they shouldve been and we found a larger set but I only needed like 3 jars. This amazing dude says "what if I give it to you for a price you won believe" I said ok, this man scans it and says "how about $20" I was like HUH!?!, I walked out with a damn kitchen set of jars that should've been $50 bucks, this man is the GOAT fr much love to bro. I hope I don't get this guy in trouble, but he seemed like a manager so yeah

This Target USED to be good. I had a horrible experience with a drive up pick up. I placed an order, was notified it was ready. Pull up, notify them of arrival nothing. After over 20 minutes I go inside. The line at customer service is long and there is no one to help. I am told to go back in my car and wait. Another 20 min go by, nothing. I go back in, and there's other customers for drive up w the same situation. The employees barely even want to speak to you. Just a mess. This is frustrating and inconvenient and defeats the purpose of "drive up" I could of just gone in, grabbed the items myself and been in and out. Saved time and save me from the headache and time wasted with these people. Get it together.

Had the items I needed. Was able to order online and choose pickup to get the order. The pickup was free and fast. I didn't have to wait long at all. I told them when I got there I was on my way and arrived saying I was here, through the app they let me know the order was on its way, before I knew it there was a checker waiting to put my things in the car; even where I would like them. Way to go target.

Every time I go they barely have any stock. That store is a mess at times. Conveniently, they are the closest Target to me, so I go there often. Drive up is very nice they are always there rain or shine. The Starbucks's decent, they sometimes make the drinks and they don't taste how they are supposed to. Overall not my favorite Target just the closest Target.

Didn't find what I initially came in for, but knew I'd come out happy with the few items I ended up getting! Impressed with remodeling efforts, vast selection of product, staff helpful, friendly. Overall, pleasant shopping experience! ?
