We opened Splendid Beauty Salon in July 2000 at 21845 Mission Blvd. Hayward CA 9454 , and 2008 we moved to 2641 East Ave, then Jan. 2013 we moved to the building 530 A street for opening this Salon.We have been 20 + years of experiences in cutting, coloring, highlights, perm and permanent straightening.
