This company is stealing vehicles and extorting money from Home Depot customers and Home Depot is letting it happen. Do Not shop at this store. The tow company is illegally towing vehicles, violating California and city laws. Workers at Home Depot are part of the scam. They towed my handicapped placard holding husband’s car when he parked at the curbside pickup spot but had to go in due to problems with the app. We were gone 25 minutes, purchased a tarp and came out to no car. Handicap placard was displayed and my husband had left his cane in the car. Had to walk in the pouring rain without his cane to tow place. Law is the vehicle has to be illegally parked for one hour. They have someone sitting in the parking to call tow company as soon as you step out of your car. 20 dollar tarp ended up costing another $415 to get our car back after only an hour of being towed away. It is illegal to charge more than the local police would charge and for Hayward that is $220 or $90. Hayward police said they would have never towed the vehicle in the first place as the car was not in a fire zone and in a private lot of Home Depot. Going to call finney at abc7.

Juan owner took off with my vehicle before allowing my husband to pay the drop fee. When confronted he called my husband a liar when i was on the phone with him hearing the conversation. Began to charge us 400 and then changed his mind to 550. Profession or not this company has no heart for people with disabilities.

This company Sits and plots on people I was parked next to another victim from the previous day.. they sit in the homedpeot parking lot and homedepot doesn't have a security guard on duty to give people heads up that you can no longer park in that part of the loading zone, anymore.. so instead they allow there hi paying customers to come out to your car gone.. this tow truck company won't talk to you they hang up on you they refuse to give you any info on your vehicle there scamming people and ripping people off.. they blew me off for 3 days so the price would go up so they get more money.. be careful shady dirty company

This company is unreliable... I ordered a tow throw an insurance company at 8:50 AM. At 10:25 this company called and said they would be here in an hour over hours later.. this company was a non show and didn't answer the phone for me or the insurance company...I stayed for 4 hours so I would be here for the tow. This company is garbage. Straight up trash. .. don't use them... if you see this company tell your insurance company to find another one.

These people are crooks plain and simple. My kids come up from Kansas to see there mom and show her the new baby. They've never been there before so they park in front of her apartment. Apparently the spots are assigned. They come out and the cars gone. They go to the manager and ask they say " We didn't call anyone". So they call the tow company and are told that if they want the car it'll 360$in cash only. And now they took the car seat also. We get up there we stand in the parking lot While it's explained to us that The manager called him which we were told by them they did not. The discussion was heated and the guy says ill just close the gate and keep the car. I'm not sure if they can or not but anyway i said i want a receipt for this cash and he said i'l have to wait for an emailed later. Paid this piece of sh**. They want the registration but won't allow her to get it out of the car and insist they have to get in her car and go thru her stuff. We're told they" would get in trouble if we went in " The idiot couldn't find it and she went and got it. The bottom line is these people are thieves. You can say they parked in the wrong spot but no one called on them. and even if they did do you really have to charge a single mom visiting from Kansas or anyone else 360$ for 1.5 miles. That takes some fuc*ed up individuals and a shi**y company.

Amazing people. I was waiting from 9 pm to 3am for my insurance tow truck to come. Never came. I waited 6 hours in an empty parking lot feeling frustrated, cold and uncomfortable ... they're the 3rd tow truck company I called. I'm I happy did. The service was above and beyond. Katie answered the call first - I was on the phone with her for 14 mins, shortly after Jake and Sunny came to tow my car. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and felt safe. Sunny & Jake took the time to ensure my car is properly placed on the driveway as there is another car on the right side. I trust this company and will def call them if I ever need to be towed. This is my first time getting my car towed. I'm grateful that it's with people who cares. Thanks y'all! Life Saver.

My car was towed on 3/4/2021. I will be honest and say the tags were bad and that's why the car was towed. Totally my fault! The issue I have with this shady company is that they illegally sold the car still In my name to two meth addicts who incurred over $4000 dollars worth of FasTrak tickets. I went up there about 1 1-2 months ago and was told they would take care of the tickets. They have done nothing in regards to the tickets as of today. I have to take time to email FasTrak letting them know what happened to me. This company is very shady be aware! You will be paying these $4000 dollars worth of tickets believe that!

All day towing has been quick, honest and reliable when I used them for personal reasons and their business contract has just been renewed for towing necessities at my Mobile Home Park located in Hayward.

My husband was in a car accident leaving our car undriveable. He used Berkeley Towing to tow our car to our apartment. When their driver arrived he gave him very detailed instructions to leave the car in our assigned parking spot at our apartment. Long story short the drive put the car in the wrong spot resulting in taking our neighbors reserved spot. When he called Berkeley Towing they refused to send the driver back to move the car. When we finally got them to agree they gave us a time frame of 2 hours. When no one arrived we called and were informed 3 hours. After three hours we called multiple times and each time he was put on hold and after a few minutes they would hang up on him. I finally gave up and called All Day Towing for help. Katie was so polite, and gave me an ETA on when I would hear from the driver. I was on the verge of tears and Katie made me feel so much better with her amazing customer service. Robert arrived at the time he said he would and quickly moved my car to it's correct spot. I cannot recommend All Day Towing enough. They truly saved the day!

Worst experience ever. I am disabled my son parked in front of my apartment to help me up the stairs not even 15 min these People tow his car. Not only that the disabled placard was still in the windshield of the car. then they charge me over $400 and didnt even have the car 30 minutes what a bunch of bull shit. Tbey guy that helped said he was new but who really knows. we are going through so much financially and this is the shit that happened. Im so done.

Garbage customer service for legal extortion company. They attempt to rack up charges so you cannot afford to pay to get your car out. They pretty much take your property hostage and instead of charging a flat fee to get it out, the longer they have it the more it cost to get out. All they care is about ripping you off, they don't care if you were hospitalized and unable to pick up the car since they will only release it to the registered owner. Horrible people that abuse lower income citizens with their business model.
