What a terrible company, we came to pick up our car and they are closed and they don’t answer the phone, just horrible

Juan owner took off with my vehicle before allowing my husband to pay the drop fee. When confronted he called my husband a liar when i was on the phone with him hearing the conversation. Began to charge us 400 and then changed his mind to 550. Profession or not this company has no heart for people with disabilities.
