He will personally view and work on each vehicle and will communicate with you along the way if its complicated repair.
He's honest and fast. I believe he's expanding now and offering tire services.

It's not easy to find a shop nowadays that just takes your car in and diagnoses it within a couple of hours - but they do it. I recommend this shop if you're looking for knowledgeable and quick diagnosis or service.

The owner is full of crap, he would quote you a price and when you pick it up he says: "I should have charged you more". Then he says he will honor the warranty on parts he installed, then you show up and all he does is detail all the excuses, as to why he can't take you in. If you want your parts to only last a year and then be out of luck, you would love this place!

Performs ((Repairs)) items that are not broken. Walked away from SMC. Tells you next oil change these items needs to be repair. Not honest. Today I go to Eb Auto Tech right behind SMC Transmission. Extremely happy with the 2 bro's been in the same location for over 25 years 510-887-5511. 24649 Industrial Blvd. .

Very good customer service. Took care of everything and did it in a timely fashion. Needed new alternator bc my car battery died @11am. Tow truck got me there @12:45pm. They started on my car at 1pm, gave me an estimate and said couple hours MAYBE 4pm...I was driving away @3:30pm. Good enough for me!
