Difficult time dealing to the manager about overcharging me. Her (HEAVY) accent and her lack of focus surprised me that she was a supervisor. I need to double check now on all my purchases. At this Smart/Final. The District Manager (NEVER) got back to me about numerous concerns on this supervisor level of professionalism in dealing with the public. Sent Corp office an e-mail about the scenario over a week ago.

After the store overcharged me for its on sale item, the store manager, Maria, refused to honor the price posted on its store flyer and the in store price tag.
I followed all requirements: bought the right item, used the digital coupon, bought a reasonable amount although there was no limit. The price is weird, it is between the original price and the on-sale price. Most stores will refund the difference, some even give the items for free in this situation. It is understandable that the price system may have mistakes. How Smart & Final's manager dealt with this issue was not only business dishonest (advertise a lower price, but charge more), but also very unprofessional.
