I went it to purchase some boots for both work & an outfit I was piecing together. Originally when I ask if they had any black Timberlands I was flat out told that they did not.I wondered around a bit and was just about to leave until I was greeted by Juve, who asked me if I needed help looking for anything particular.I told him what I was there searching for, to my surprise he said they did have in stock (to be fair, the other employee must not have known they just received new shipment).We got to talk about car market & shoe market since we both work in sales and he just came off as a genuine guy who was looking out for your best interest. He asked me questions to help pick out the shoe that best fit my needs even though I knew I wanted those black Timberlands but was still appreciative that he asked. He even was giving quality customer service to me and at least two other customers which I was impressed.All in all, Juve provided an excellent shopping experience & was willing to go the extra mile to meet my needs. I didn’t find out he was even the manager until near the end of our interaction.I will be going here to purchase my next pair of footwear when I get the chance!

one of the worst shoe palace i have ever went to! please don't even waste your tome coming here. here are the top three reasons why: 1.) very poor customer service.2.) not even welcoming being you got high school students working here and one of the employees had the nerve to say "im still in training" when it was just a matter of me asking him " can you get me someone so they can help me?" he was totally confused about what i just told him. and 3.) very poor attitudes and accountability these kids have no clue on what retail is. they are all lost no one knows what's going on. i must have asked three separate times for help so at that point i just walked out of there. it was very uncomfortable. if you like to be treated like crap and get no help with buying shoes here is not where you want to go. i wonder who owns shoe palace this is bad business and i will not be returning at this location. the best one i went to was mckee and white in san jose they were very attentive to my needs. poorly i had to give this location one store. poor judge on their part....everyone was confused here.

Even though, they couldn’t find my shoes what I like they went extra on searching which shoes I wanted and told me to go to search online. They asked if I found it. They really care about the costumers needs.

Go to Josiah and Jennifer! Friendly, helpful, speedy and funny. Plus he called me sister which made my day. Had exactly what I wanted in my size, was in and out the store in five minutes. Great experience here, relaxed feel. Will come again.

Store always has great high energy employees. Brooke was super helpful and patient. I really appreciated it. She went above and beyond and deserves a raise, a long with a few others I noticed really helping customers out and doing it with such kindness.
